Preparing for Sunday and Beyond Looking Ahead
Friday greetings, Grace-St. Luke’s! Sunday, November 8, The Twenty-Third Sunday after Pentecost: Tune in at 9:15 a.m. for a 30-minute virtual formation offering followed by 10:30 a.m. worship, 4 p.m. worship outdoors, and 5:30 p.m. prerecorded service of music and reflection.
9:15 a.m. Formation: Building Compassion and Resilience in Beloved Community: A Conversation with Dr. Susan Campbell and The Rev. Laura F. Gettys on the Methodologies of Dr. Brené Brown, Sunday, November 8, via Facebook and YouTube . 10:30 a.m. Holy Eucharist, In Person or Livestream. Online reservations are required by noon on Saturday, November 7, by following this link , for limited-capacity seating of Holy Eucharist. Tune in at 5:30 p.m. to Facebook or YouTube for this Sunday’s contemplative service with spoken word by the Rev. Laura F. Gettys and musical offerings by guest musician Jeanne Simmons, flute. For Children. All children are invited to the 20-minute virtual Prayer Table for conversation, songs, stories, and prayer via Zoom after the 10:30 service.
