A Message from the Rector
My Gratitude for Grace-St. Luke’s Every morning, I thank God for and hold in my prayers the community of Grace-St. Luke’s Church and School. Having served for almost 16 months in this vibrant place, I learn something new, daily. Each insight reminds me of the privileges and opportunities associated with my particular role and God’s ministry we are called to share. I am grateful for the beloved, unique, and faithful parishioners who call GSL “home” and excited to do the same as I have both fallen in love and intend to be here for many years. When Ellie and I offered and increased our 2020 pledge to invest in life at GSL, it was in deep gratitude for all that this place is and might become through our common journey as followers of Jesus. Now, as I work with the wardens, treasurer, finance committee, vestry, and staff to maintain and expand parish life operations for 2020, I bow in gratitude for all members and newcomers alike who graciously have made and are preparing to offer their pledges to invest in life at GSL.
