When we take on a new project, in any capacity, we look at the big picture and pay attention to the finer details. Our aim is to take the stress away from the developer by co-ordinating the many moving parts involved in a project.

From planning and due diligence to design, council approval and overseeing builders/contractors, property development is a complex process and there are always additional elements which need taking care of.

We bring our experience to developers to help them save time, money and stress, while maximising the return of every dollar you put into your project.

We understand developers want to develop quality properties that meet high standards without going over budget and we won’t be afraid to ask the hard questions or come to you when there is an issue.

The Avanti Project & Development Management team have created a four point service method, which is available as a holistic strategy or can be provided as individual components.

This includes end-to end project advice to optimise the delivery of assets and projects as well as sourcing and managing development land and assets into highly profitable and successful projects.

As licensed project managers and superintendents we can manage your project from start to finish, while also managing project risk, increasing the likelihood of program success.

Project & Development Management Professionals

Matthew is Director of Avanti Project & Development Management, with over 15 years’ experience delivering projects across a wide variety of sectors including health, aged care, residential, commercial, retail and hospitality which include both refurbishments and new builds.

Matthew’s expertise rests with understanding our clients’ business, developing solutions and bringing the right expertise to the table. He is a successful project leader that delivers cost effective and timely solutions for our clients. Matthew has significant experience in design management, procurement activities, contract administration, feasibility studies and obtaining government approvals.

Kathryn is a skilled project manager with 15+ years of experience in delivering high-value projects across different geographies and matrixed organisations. She focuses on understanding the client and contractor’s drivers to achieve the best results and improve project management.

Kathryn has a track record of delivering projects within budget and to the highest quality by effectively utilising resources. She has led teams on commercial, industrial, retail, education, mining, and health projects and manages stakeholder expectations effectively.

Scott is a versatile construction professional with 13+ years of experience in quantity surveying, contracts administration, and project management across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. He has expertise in optimizing project efficiency and delivering successful outcomes through core objectives such as strategic cost management, risk mitigation, teamwork, innovative solutions, and client satisfaction.

Scott is skilled in managing project costs, identifying and mitigating potential risks, seeking alternate solutions to complex construction challenges, fostering collaboration, delivering client expectations, establishing long-term relationships, and generating positive feedback.

Zachary Brnabic Project Manager

Zachary is a Project Manager with approximately eight years of experience delivering projects new builds, refurbishments and tenancy fit outs.

A highly motivated, client focussed Project Manager, Zachary has expertise delivering successful project outcomes through progam management, cost / budget management, teamwork and risk management.

Paige Webley Assistant Project Manager

Paige is an Assistant Project Manager with a Civil/Environmental Engineering background. She excels in analytical problemsolving, cost management, and precision, honed through her work in complex health and aged care projects.

Paige possesses advanced mathematical and analytical proficiency, budget management skills, risk assessment and mitigation proficiency, and time management skills. She utilizes data-driven decision-making to tackle complex project challenges, plans and controls budgets, mitigates risks, and manages project timelines effectively. Paige brings technical expertise and project management finesse to deliver successful outcomes.
