The proposed location of chalets will be on both side of the large Lightmoor Pond. The ground FFL for chalets constructed on the West side of the site is +177.1 and first FFL is + 180.46 with spot height +183.76. While the ground FFL for chalets on the East side of the Pond is +1742, first FFL: + 177.8 and spot height +181.4. A pedestrian walk with Acer trees as the dominant plants and a cycling path are surrounding the large lightmoor pond. The Maple trees offers a nice view with seasonal colour change. A variety of maple such as Acer Platanoides, Acer Campestre and Acer Pseudoplatanus and a mix with to other plants such as willow and alder will be planted along the path. People can enjoy the walk and a nice red maple view during autumn. Residents can access the pedestrian path and by the connecting walking path around with FFL:+174.2 and FFL:+177.1. To maintain the natural environment of the site and a relaxing living environment, two green spaces are proposed on the both the large Lightmoor pond. Two glasshouses with FFL+175.2 and spot height +185.5 will be introduced for special species which aim to offer amenity value. To maintain the natural landscape and harmony atmosphere, natural curve of the landscape is created by ramp up of the walking pathalong the green space with ramp up ranging from 174.5 to 178.5.
