Easy maintenance access and durable technology allow for long-term enjoyment. In 2002, Debbie and Jim Kerr opened their first Beachcomber Hot Tub Store on Hume Street in Collingwood. In 2012, they moved to their current location at 20 Balsam Street. Known for their experience and knowledge of the Beachcomber products and their commitment to customer service, in 2009,
Beachcomber gave them the opportunity to open a store in Barrie. Both children, Rob and Rachelle, have taken up the baton and help manage the two stores, making this a true family business. Several service technicians work out of both stores as services include maintenance on all models of Hot Tubs as well as weekly, bi-weekly or monthly water balancing. Due to their unfailing commitment to customer service, they have been voted Best Hot Tub Retailer by the public 16 years in a row in Collingwood and, in Barrie, have won numerous awards from Beachcomber Head Office, including Best Store in Canada in 2017 along with Best Hot Tub Retailer. As many customers appreciate, they are local and the Collingwood store is
special. Here, they carry a large selection of KEURIG Coffee; customers can obtain special blends; as well as feel good, high quality Ladies Swimwear, Beachwear & Cruise Wear fashion.
