Dentro de las estrategias para la promoción de la equidad de género se estableció el proceso formativo Escuelas para Nuevas Oportunidades de Negocio, 6 en total en diversos oficios, de las cuales una vez terminada su etapa formativa surgieron más de 20 propuestas empresariales, apoyadas con capital semilla. El propósito generar ingresos a las mujeres organizadas que les reforzaran su autoestima, su visión organizativa, su empoderamiento ante la sociedad como género y que les permitiera “hacerse ver y escuchar”.
Among the strategies for promoting gender equity it was established the training process ¨Schools for New Business Opportunities. 6 of them of a variety of jobs from which once completed its training stage were created more than 20 business proposals, supported by saved money. The purpose of this project is to help women to earn an income, to strengthen their self-esteem, their organizational vision, their empowering as women so that they are able to get more involved into the society.
