Kenya crossing the equator at Nanyuki. The camp offers a magnificent infinity pool overlooking the river.
Shaba, Samburu & Buffalo Springs National Reserves.Shaba National Reserve is a tiny gem of a reserve in the north of Kenya. It lies in an area of harsh, dry terrain that's part of the same ecosystem as Samburu and Buffalo Springs. Shaba has surprisingly good game and wonderful birdlife, drawn by small permanent springs There are regular sightings of elephant and lion in Shaba and you have a good chance of seeing Kenya's 'northern five'; oryx, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Grevy's zebra and lesser kudu

Detailed Itinerary. 3days 2nights. Day 1- Nairobi- Samburu (400 km – 5:30 hrs)
6AM: Leave Nairobi early in the morning drive north of Nairobi past the green highlands of central Kenya. Stop over in Nanyuki town mall for refreshments and shopping (last big town to restock) You will then continue the drive to Shaba National reserve, destination Sarova Shaba for your accommodation where you can settle in and relax. The total drive will take approximately 5 hrs, 330km. Afternoon at leisure you can take a dip in pool.
This will be followed by an evening game drive from 4- 6pm. Stop over at view point for sundowner drinks.
Return to the lodge to have an overlooking dinner with a stunning bonfire retire at leisure.

Day 2 –Full day explore Buffalo springs Reserve swimming at natural spring.
8:00am Early in the morning game drive best chance to spot the famous big five since they’re more active in the early hours.
11:30Am You can have bush brunch, before heading back buffalo springs enjoy the afternoon relax and take a dip in the natural cool pool. In the evening, you have the option to join an evening game drive or stay in the lodge to relax. Make sure to try sundowner by the river. One epic experience.

Day 3 – Samburu Nairobi.
0630AM: Optional to Enjoy final early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast .Guests can spend the rest of the morning at leisure such as swimming before check out at 10am. We then drive back to Nairobi and have a stopover for lunch (client’s own cost) at Nanyuki Mall. Estimated arrival at Nairobi is at 6pm.
