Detailed itinerary; Day 1: Dec 6th 2024: Nairobi to Lamu.
Catch the 10:30am -11:20Am flight from Mombasa to Lamu direct from Mombasa airport to Manda airport Lamu. Upon arrival you will be transferred by boat to your hotel. Check in & enjoy the rest of day at leisure, Head to shela beach to catch the sunset and swim in the warm waters.
Meal plan: Welcome snack & Dinner in booked house.
Activity: Transfer to booked house.
Day 2: Dec 7th 2024 Exploration Lamu
After breakfast, head out to the shela boat yard board boat to Lamu, a guide will be waiting to help explore the unique town of lamu, a world heritage city known for keeping its traditional lifestyle to date. The Lamu old town also had great shopping experience souvenirs etc most vendors accept mpesa, visa. Lunch at own cost at local restaurant. Check out Mangroove restaurant, or Sea front restaurant, Lamu Palace hotel among other good sea front hotels.
In the evening you can take a boat to catch the beautiful sunset at the floating bar.
Meal plan: Breakfast, Overnight at booked beach house. Lunch & Dinner at supplement Optional Activity: Lamu old town guided tour. Optional to go to floating bar for sundwoners.
Day 3: Dec 8th 2024; Full day islands exploration, snorkeling in the coral garden, swim in lagoons. Extra Kshs, 4000.
This is a full day excursion in the traditional dhow cruise explore the archipelago(group of islands) in Lamu, you will also enjoy some of the best snorkeling in marine rich life coral gardens.
Lunch will be catered for enjoy some fresh sea food have full day of fun till sunset where you will head back to shore.

Activity: Full day sailing, island exploration, swimming, with sea food lunch. Birthday celebration at sea
Optional Leisure day activities; Takwa Ruins Tour. Evening at the Majlis Beach bar for sundowners
Spend the better part of morning at Leisure in hotel. You can take a boat ride to takwa ruins, Takwa ruins a historical town through beautiful mangrove creek, scenic historical site. After tour you will be taken to Majlis on manda beach for sundowner drinks at the beach bar enjoy last sunset on island at the Majlis Manda beach bar.
(Optional) Manda beach is also the place for watersports experience the thrill of a speed boat, hold on for tubing or wake boarding all activities that need no prior or swimming experience as you will have life jackets & activity under instructions of professional.
Transfer back to Shela for Overnight at your liking time, the boat guy will be on standby.

Day 4 – Dec 9th 2024; Catch flight back to Mombasa/Nairobi.
