Knowing our people’s strengths – Talents inventory In 2019, we finished up taking stock of the individual talents, strengths and challenges of all of our employees. This was done on the basis of ELSP. This information enables us to better match people and functions. Instead of the formal function requirements, personal qualities have become leading in our job allocation process. This leads to more engaged employees, higher work satisfaction and an overall more effective organisation. Investing in our employees – Personal development As an employer, GMP+ International aims to distinguish itself by continuously investing in the personal development of all employees. Together with their team leaders employees have formulated their personal development goals. These goals can be related to skills, competences and/or job-specific needs. In addition, employees are free to choose training sessions that suit their personal needs and ambitions.
