The Eiffel Tower Restaurant (702.948.6937) at Paris is as close as it gets to the real thing, a regal meal of updated classic French cuisine with elevated views of the Bellagio Fountains and the Strip. It’s an ideal destination to go all out with signature
offerings such as beef Wellington, whole Dover sole, escargots a la Bourguignonne and a Valrhona chocolate or classic Grand Marnier souffle, but this menu is truly versatile.
