1. General strength exercises. • General strength exercises help develop muscle strength. • It includes movements such as squats, overhead squats, front squats, and deadlifts and many more. • Trainer may recommend glow in the dark sports too, to add fun to the regime. 2. Special strength exercises. • Special strength exercises help you convert your general strength into power, but it is still strength-oriented. • This category involves explosive movements and lifts such and includes jump squats, various kettlebell swing, heavy sled towing, Olympic lifts, and many more exercises.

3. Specific strength exercises. •

Specific strength exercises are specifically designed to offer power improvements in such as way that is specific to required technique of a particular athlete.

This category may include lightly loaded and unloaded plyometric exercises as well as sprint drills.

This is the category where you will put more focus on the movements related to your specific sport.

In each of the aforementioned strength classifications, an integral part are the drills that will help you establish, speed, agility, and quickness for changes of direction, acceleration, and quick stops:

• Agility training will typically include agility ladders, with resistance band, for developing quick feet. • Sprint training includes cone drills, suicides, and resistance sprinting, where resistance chute is used. • Portable golf simulator may also be used for training and developing better hand-eye coordination. • There is a special training system that uses multiple pulleys and straps that are placed strategically so as to add more resistance. • It helps improve speed, vertical jump and explosiveness.

• Such training system and technology is often combined with other proven training methods, programs and drills to form complete sports-specific training programs. • With a full commitment to sports training programs, athletes are better able to practice and hone muscle memory drills and various conditioning formats which are designed to maximize their performance in their specific sport and also improve their recovery and response to physical demands of that specific sport.

• Research suggests that the amount of force that travels down the spine of a golfer during a swing is, on average, 8 times that of the weight of their body. • This means that a gold training program need to be designed to maintain a wide range of motions and also improve stability and strength through the spine and core.
