Conduct a 30 day walk through (on-site or virtually)
Email GHV (and all vendors) 2 weeks prior to your event the following:

Detailed ceremony outline
Overall day timeline
Assist with photographer shot list (if necessary)
Seating chart
Work with GHV to create client's layout
Be willing to conduct 1 hour rehearsal (can be on-site or off-site)
Provide 8 hrs of coverage (5 hr of event time) on event day
Bring an assistant
Respond to emails from GHV and client within 24 hrs

Katie and Schuyler have a team of knowledgeable, charismatic wedding experts that assist in making sure your wedding runs smoothly.
Within days of you signing your all-inclusive contract, A Little Party will be there to help answer any and all planning questions, send you vendor referrals, give you wedding day tips, and so much more!
