Premier Automotive was established in 1995 as a Toyota dealership located in the heart of New Orleans. Since then, we have expanded our reach and now have over 30 locations across California, Kansas, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri, Virginia, Mississippi, and Georgia. The organization was founded by Troy Duhon, who had dreamt of becoming a car dealer. We strive to help others achieve their dreams as well by offering opportunities for talented individuals to become leaders in our dealerships. We encourage them to seek a greater purpose in life beyond financial gain.
Our commitment to excellence has led to our recognition as one of the country's fastest-growing automotive groups by Automotive News, with sales exceeding $1 billion. More importantly, our partnership with Giving Hope has inspired our company's growth by allowing us to help others in need through our Profit for a Purpose program. Premier Automotive is committed to making a positive impact in the community, and we are proud to partner with Giving HOPE to achieve this goal. Our dealership locations regularly organize community service projects in partnership with a Giving HOPE-supported non-profit in their local area.
Thanks to the dedication of our employees, we have completed over 500,000 community service hours through this partnership. One of the non-profits we support is Women of HOPE Unite, a faith-based women's network that invests time, talent, and resources to help women and children of all ages through Giving HOPE.

Premier employees opening the first HOPE House Orphanage in India with Giving HOPE in 2015. Since then, Giving HOPE has built orphanages in Honduras, Gambia, Russia, Brazil, South Africa, Dominican Republic, and Ukraine.

Since 1995, Premier Automotive has been tracking changes in customer expectations. As a result, our organization stays on top of all the latest technological developments and is continually looking for ways to improve the customer experience. This includes ensuring that our employees are trained on how to best exceed the expectations of our customers.
Premier University is a 24/7 online training platform that allows Premier employees to learn from automotive experts on their own time and at their own pace.
Assurant provides free monthly ongoing training to our current and upcoming managers on industry best practices.
Like National Automotive Dealer Association, Premier Dealer Academy is a 12-month program that prepares Premier employees to be General Managers.
