Product description Insight Mobile for SAP PM (standard scope)

Standard installation with the templates Mobile Explorer, Work Management, Warehouse, Repair History including the following functions:

Mobile Explorer Maintenance plans, malfunction notification and work orders at affected functional locations/equipment via barcode/QR-Code/RFID recognition including the corresponding work plans and documentation in one overview • • • • • •

Enter top level of the functional locations via use case plant structure Functional location/equipment search either via full-text retrieval or via barcode/QR-Code/RFID at the functional location/equipment Alternatively, the maintenance technician can click on a top level functional location, to drill down functional location/equipment hierarchy, until he finds the desired equipment Detailed view of functional location/equipment with identifier, description, plant and further attributes according to customer requirements and object classification The maintenance technician can directly create a notification or a work order at the respective functional location/equipment At functional location/equipment the maintenance technician can see the related objects open work orders, open notifications, active maintenance plans as well as subordinate functional location/equipment’s

Enter via use case notification list Display of all notifications with different symbols, which are new or not yet associated with a work order Display of assigned notifications per person, workplace, team, shift etc. Transferring the notification into the personal list of the maintenance technician If the notification is assigned incorrectly, the maintenance technician can give it back Search of a single notification via notification number or display of all notification related to a technical object via barcode/QR-code/RFID identification of functional location/equipment. Alternative entry via the plant structure and search for functional location/equipment and attached notifications. Creation of notifications and detailed presentation with description, long text, number, functional location/equipment, priority, data collector, data entry date, responsible work place, failure code, desired start and/or end plus other attributes according to customer requirement Display and automatic upload and download of documents attached to the notification Navigation to the error history of functional location/equipment with closed notifications/work orders of the technical object Input of technical aspects of the notification with damage picture, -cause, measures and actions according to customers catalogs Taking damage pictures to the notification Optionally, create a work order directly from the notification Create notifications for very small orders without creating a work order in SAP. Serves only as technical information and working time documentation


Work orders

Enter via user case order list (alternatively also task list) Display of all orders which are uncompleted with different symbols for different status Display of assigned work orders per person, workplace, team, shift etc. Work order details in this list according to customer request, e.g. work order number, description of the order, technical object, associated notification, start date etc. Selection/filter within this work order list by date, priorities, technical object etc. According to their priority the work orders can also be marked in colour. Transferring the work order into the personal list of the maintenance technician The maintenance technician can also return the work order/task if the assignment is incorrect Search of a single work order search via work order number or display of all uncompleted work orders related to a technical object via barcode/QR-code/RFID identification of functional location/equipment. Detailed presentation of the work orders with description, number, functional location/equipment, created by, created on, responsible work center, telephone number of the planner, if necessary maintenance plan number, basic start/end date and further attributes according to customers request Display and automatic upload and download of documents attached to the work order Navigation to the failure history of the functional location/equipment of the work order with all closed notifications/work orders to this technical object Technical confirmation with damage picture, cause, measures and actions according to the customers catalogue Photo shoot and storage at the work order, at functional location/equipment or in an internal or external document management system Time posting on work order or task for assigned maintenance technician and further technicians Material posting to the work order/task with item number, storage location, and used quantity Technical completion and classification according to customer requirements Creation of a work order report with the entered aspects and signatures as a pdf and storage based on customer requirements Creation of a follow up work order with description, long text, functional location/equipment and further attributes based on customer requirements Out of the work order list, the maintenance technician can directly create a new order with the above-mentioned aspects Display of connected objects functional location, equipment, notification, tasks, planned components, planned production resources, posted material, posted times

Enter via use case storage Article search via barcode/QR-code/RFID Display of storage location, storage times and stock Inventory with checking the count against the stored stock within SAP Goods issue with or without a work order or reservation


Repair history Display of all completed notifications and work orders of functional locations/equipment • • • • • •

Enter via use case repair history on the highest level of the functional locations Functional location/equipment search either via full-text retrieval or via barcode/QR-Code/RFID at the functional location/equipment Alternatively, the maintenance technician can click on a top level functional location, to drill down functional location/equipment hierarchy, until he finds the desired equipment Detailed view of functional location/equipment with identifier, description, plant and further attributes according to customer requirements and object classification At the functional location/equipment, the maintenance technician has a look to failure history of the technical object with all closed notifications and work order At the functional location/equipment, the maintenance technician can see the (error) history of the object with completed notifications and work orders
