Campers That Require Reasonable Accommodations

We want every camper to have a positive and successful experience. To help us best support your daughter, please share any important information about her needs. Based on what you provide, we may recommend creating an Individual Camper Plan (ICP) — a personalized plan designed to ensure a smoother camp experience. If your child has an IEP (Individual Education Plan) at school or requires special accommodations (such as dietary needs, sensory, anxiety or other needs), please contact the Sr. Director of Outdoor Program before registering at 1-888-837-6410 or customercare@gswny.org.

Families may also be asked to meet with the Sr. Director of Outdoor Program, Camp Director, and Behavior Specialist at least four weeks before camp to discuss the best plan for your child.

Financial Assistance

Girl Scouts of Western New York is dedicated to ensuring that all girls are able to attend camp. Financial assistance can now be requested with online camp applications!
