Helping you get pre-qualified

Getting pre-qualified before beginning your home search is a critical first step. Knowing how much you can comfortably spend means spending your time looking at homes you can purchase and avoids the potential frustration of looking at homes beyond your means.

Having trouble qualifying for a loan? We will partner with you and our trusted lenders to develop a strategy to get you on the right path to homeownership!

There's a common misconception that having lenders check your credit will negatively impact your score. The reality is that within a 45-day window, multiple credit checks from lenders are only recorded on your credit report as a single inquiry. This means you can shop around and get multiple pre-approvals to ensure you get the best rate!*

An Overview of the Loan Process

Financial pre-qualification or pre-approval: 1 Application and interview, buyer provides documentation, credit report is requested, valuation scheduled for current home own if applicable

2. Underwriting: Loan package is submitted to underwriter for approval and appraisal ordered

3. Loan approval: Parties are notified of approval, loan documents are completed and sent to title company

4. Title work/Attorney:

Title exam, insurance and title survey conducted, borrowers come in for final signatures

5. Funding: Lender reviews the loan package, funds are transferred by wire

You found your dream home, your offer is accepted, and your financing has been officially approved... now it's time for closing day!
