MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

2022, Ganzhou [CHN] _ restricted competition _ 1st prize

In collaboration with YiChuang program: industrial park with offices, commercial and dormitories

This project is the result of a restricted competition. It is an industrial campus including office buildings with facilities, a puvlic park connected to the lakes and some commercial areas. My involvment is related to the design phase, sketching different masterplan proposals and supervising the model and the rendering team. After the competition the client choosed to relocate the project to another site so a new project is at a development stage at the moment.

Office Tower And Kindergarten

2022, Huizhou [CHN]

In collaboration with YiChuang program: office tower + hotel and kindergarten

This project is the result of a direct commission. It is an office tower with the upper floors dedicated to hotel. The lower part on the east of the site is the kindergarten. I directly followed this project from the design phase, the first meetings with the client, the realization of the model and the supervision of technical drawings and renderings.

Guangming Mixed Use Developement

2022, Shenzhen [CHN] _ competition _ 1st prize _ construction on going

In collaboration with YiChuang program: industrial park with offices, commercial and residential buildings

This project is the result of an open competition. It is a typical chinese mixed use development project with a shopping center in the podium and residential and office tower on top of it. My involvment is mainly related to the design phase, as a main designer, leading the team to the successfull completation of the competition.
