A movement of young Africans in the quest for truth and knowledge via an organized, civilized and intellectual pla�orm of different viewpoints.

Our commitment-

Through the concept of urban debate, the ASDL/ The Ba�le of Gi�ed Tongues aims at improving secondary literacy, academic performance and high school gradua�on rates-to prepare students for university.

By helping them achieve university-readiness benchmarks in reading, English, math and Science-to prepare Students for 21st century careers.

That help them master important skills such as cri�cal thinking and problem solving, : collabora�on, and crea�vity and innova�on-to prepare students for community engagement by ins�llling a life long interest in speaking out on issues that affect their communi�es.

Opportuni�es-

The ASDL/ The Ba�le of Gi�ed Tongues seeks to avail various opportuni�es for young Africans to develop reading, wri�ng, and speaking skills; to groom, and empower an ac�on orientated genera�on of African young academics with a global outlook.

As much as to ins�tu�onalize Africa/s young mindsets so that they can be able to think, act, envision and lead Africa into her dreamland, and to offer Africa's young academic popula�on an educa�ve ac�vity

To equip the young African academic popula�on with libera�on empowerment to define, determine, and affirm the des�ny of sunkist mother Africa.

Through the means of an intellectual deba�ng paideia which has got to do wth the deep forma�on of a�en�on, forma�on, educa�on, and cul�va�on.

So that young Africa can be able to tap into the uniqueness of global cri�cal thinking, global effec�ve communica�on and global par�cipa�on in decision making.
