2023: TALITHA - THE VEIL HAS BEEN LIFTED
he angel of the appeared unto me as in a dream.
The physical make up of the angel of the Lord seemed like that of baby & an adult at the same me.

Then i asked the angel of the Lord,: " what is this period ( season/me)?"
The angel answered and said, Talitha. Specifically denong and poinng to the break of dawn.
A me when the dark veil cast upon the world is lied up.
Once the veil is lied off the world, the world gets up and rises up to a new day.
A new day that is ever beauful and shining in the glory and splendor of the Almighty God.
While the veil of darkness abounds no beauty and shine is visible.
However the moment the veil is lied then the beauty and the shining glory of the Lord God almighty becomes all the more visible.
What ever veil of darkness that had befell your life inorder to hide the great potenal for the life of you is being lied up.
So that your great potenals can be able to rise up and shine in their own unique beauty.
That which appeared as though it was average is going to appear gloriously, and beauful because the me of its breakthrough has come.
There has been a unique beauty and glory upon your life hidden for far long.
But now is the me for it to be made visible .
This is so because the veil of darkness has been lied off your life.
Indeed and infact, we entering a period ( a me/ a season) where God is going to uncover his mighty wonders for us.
These mighty wonders have been kept veiled and hidden for a long me for us.
They have been hidden by the Lord for us so that they can be uncovered for us in this appointed me and season.
The appointed me for the unfolding of these mighty wonders hidden by God for us is now.
Its now because we have developed enough character to handle the glory of the Lord.
Some mes ,if not all the me, there is need for character development inorder for us to handle the mighty wonders God has for us.
Without character, whatever has the propensity to give you life may actually end up killing you.
So there has to be a case for character development inorder for us to be able to handle the mighty wonders God has for us.
In this period the whole world will realize how unique and beauful your life has been established by the might hand of God.
Envy and jealousy Will not be near you but far from you.
This is so because envious and jealousy people will not be in a posion to stand the shining and beauful glory of the Lord upon your life.
The veiled mantle of God upon your life is being exposed in this period.
Just as moses came up from the mountain aer having a meeng with God.
And his countenance was seen to be shining with glory.
So will your life be seen to shine in the glory of the lord, because the mantle of God on your life has been exposed.
There is going to be an aracon of the impossible in your life as you come into this period.
Everything that seemed humanly impossible for you to accomplish will be accomplished.
And you will shudder and wonder ll you remember that the veil has been lied off your life.
Its impossible for you to remain obscure and invisible.
Because the light of the Lord God almighty has been cast upon your life.
There things that existed in your life that you have never witnessed but you will see now because they will be exposed.
This season is called a glorious season.
Darkness has passed away.
Light has come to pass.
The veil has been lied and cast away for you to be able to see a new day.
A new day that God has prepared for you to witness his glorious splendor.
To experience his mighty works and glorify God for his greatness.
The angel of the lord said Talitha denong the removal of the veil.
Denong the breaking of dawn.
Denong day break.
Denong its me to get up and rise up.
Thus in this period you will not be confined to one place.
Your convicons will take you places that your never thought possible to go.
When Jesus was rising Jairus' daughter from the dead, he used the term "Talitha".
And immediately upon the applicaon of that word "Talitha", Jairus' daughter woke up from the dead.
There abilies and propensies that were laying deep on the inside of you and as though dead.
But you have just entered a season and a period in your life , when abilies and potenals that have been laying deep and seemingly dead on the inside of you are going to wake up from the dead.
Some of these potenals and abilies are a great mystery to your conscience because you not firmly aware of them.
Yet they going to wake up from their deep slumber and emerge out of you.
And once these deep laying potenals begin to flow out of your existence , goodness and mercy shall follow you.
Hence changing the map of your life.
Ideas that require immediate aenon, support, and execuon will be born out of the belly of your mind.
Many have thought of you long dead and buried.
However in this period of me and season you will be seen as one who has been risen from the dead.
Much akin to the daughter of Jairus.
Who had been thought dead unl Jesus said unto to her Talitha cumi (lile girl get up) , she immediately resurrected from the dead.
Because Talitha denotes the break of dawn or the liing of the dark veil which calls upon all men to rise up and get up from laxity, and from the mundane.
Undoubtedly in this period , me and season whatever burden has been keeping you in a state of the mundane has been lied off you.
Thus you free to get up and rise up inorder to achieve and accomplish the extraordinary.
Nothing should be in a posion to hold you back.
And because this so, there should not be any reason for you not to go full throle in the pursuit of every- thing extraordinary.
You have been kept in the secret place with the shadow of God playing the role of a dark cover over life.
And now the Lord God Almighty is removing the cover.
Unveiling you so to speak.
So that you can rise up and get up and bring forth the unique beauty of the Lord God almighty.
Talitha according to Jewish etyamology comes from the root word Talit.
And Talit denotes a small / lile tent or dwelling.
The same word Talit also is the term given to mean a prayer shawl/ veil.
In Jewish tradion a talit is a prayer cloth over one's head to signify the presence of God.
Each one of us has got a dose of the presence of God in our lives.
And by the presence of God i mean the spirit of God.
And by the spirit of God i mean the breath of God.
This breath is on the inside of our being and its what keeps us alive.
However once you have been called by God then you will have to experience an awakening of the presence of God on your inside.
The moment this awakening occurs you will be as if you have been always dead but suddenly you become alive
When Jesus said unto Jairus' daughter the words 'Talitha Cumi":
Jesus was not just merely speaking to Jairus' daughter but to the dose of divine presence in her inside.
So that it can be woken up from its deep slumber.
And indeed the dose of divine presence in Jairus' daughter woke up and she who was previously dead came back to life.
In mes past they are things in you that you never knew existed.
But as you enter into another season new possibilies are going to wake up from you.
There is going to be a resurrecon of that which was previously dead in your life.
Relaonships that were no more are going to resurrect to your benefit.
Ambions and opportunies that you had given up on are about to come knocking on doors.
Life for you is about to be victorious in the name of Jesus.
And all you have to do is to open the door and let them in.
Luke:35-43
32 But Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it. 33 The woman realized what had happened to her, so she came, trembling with fear, knelt at his feet, and told him the whole truth. 34 Jesus said to her, “My daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your trouble.”
35 While Jesus was saying this, some messengers came from Jairus' house and told him, “Your daughter has died. Why bother the Teacher any longer?”
36 Jesus paid no aenon to[a] what they said, but told him, “Don't be afraid, only believe.” 37 Then he did not let anyone else go on with him except Peter and James and his brother John. 38 They arrived at Jairus' house, where Jesus saw the confusion and heard all the loud crying and wailing. 39 He went in and said to them, “Why all this confusion? Why are you crying? The child is not dead—she is only sleeping!”
40 They started making fun of him, so he put them all out, took the child's father and mother and his three disciples, and went into the room where the child was lying. 41 He took her by the hand and said to her, “Talitha, koum,” which means, “Lile girl, I tell you to get up!”
42 She got up at once and started walking around. (She was twelve years old.) When this happened, they were completely amazed. 43 But Jesus gave them strict orders not to tell anyone, and he said, “Give her something to eat.”
As you set out for a magical 2-hour sundowner cruise to Kalangala, a district made up of eighty four widely scaered islands you will marvel at the beauful scenery of the sun’s final rays set on the shimmering waters of Lake Victoria.
Lake Victoria is the most enormous tropical lake in the world and the greatest fresh water lake in the whole of Africa; one of the connent's biggest lakes.
Lake Victoria is equal to the size of Ireland.
Lolling by the lakeside are the giganc hippos, very territorial they spend most of their days living in the water but at night rouse themselves out of their slumberous lethargy and stroll onto land to graze.
The vessel is operated by Naon Oil Distributors Limited (NODL), also the official undertakers of MV Kalangala.
Our special projects contributor, Ssenyonga Juma had an interview with the MV NODL Public Relaons Officer Hakim Bwanika, below is the excerpt.
What was the idea behind the concepon of MV NODL VICTORIA?
The idea behind MV NODL Victoria was to enhance water transportaon by creang a comfortable, luxurious, adventurous, reliable and a dependable service.
We respect that there are several players in the market. And our competitive strategy focuses on providing a unique product or service at an affordable price which we think shall separate us from the competition.
As local fisherman yonder cast their final nets of the day, MV NODL Victoria; a luxury catamaran vessel that plies the Nakiwogo-Kalangala route hits dock aer a two hours' sight seeing.

How have you under taken to shi from a basic marine vessel to a luxury vessel? We did this by benchmarking our services with the best. Turkey has one of the best marime industries in the world. With this in mind, we designed MV NODL Victoria from Tuzla in Turkey. This cruise vessel has a Turkish touch to its design.
What is the level of safety of MV NODL?
I believe that MV NODL Victoria is at the best level of safety. The vessel is installed with life jackets, life ras, fire exnguishers and first aid boxes which are used to safeguard passengers and seafarers against any harm. The safety structures and equipment of MV NODL Victoria are compliant with legal and classificaon society requirements for insurance and registraon.
What are the challenges that you are now facing in the operaon of MV NODL Victoria?
Our pricing policy has been interesng to look at in this respect. I do not want to call it a challenge but rather an intrigue. MV NODL Victoria has high-end travel services and of course that is translated into high cket prices for its different travel classes. We usually take high-end customers to Kalangala on Fridays but return with a mixture of both high and low end customers on Sunday. Our low end customers make bargains on our pricing in order to enjoy our services. We are always forced to be flexible to accommodate this kind of clientele. From your own experience of operang MV NODL what's the Ugandan percepon of luxury cruises?
I think Uganda has a huge market for people who enjoy and love luxury cruises. We have been having an increase in other tour operators booking the vessel for boat cruises and private charters. If the bookings go on at this rate, I believe we shall have boat cruises every weekend by the beginning of 2023.

How have you partnered with other stake holders to beat the missing gaps in the marine industry?
Our operaons are based on forces of demand and supply. With that in mind, MV NODL Victoria has a partnership with Victoria Forest Resort Limited found in Kalangala to enhance its number of travelers. Victoria Forest Resort Limited is our demand side and our doors are open to partnerships from other hoteliers to tap into the elascity of passenger capacity of MV NODL Victoria.
For now, what is the state of compeon in regards to the marine industry?
We respect that there are several players in the market. And our compeve strategy focuses on providing a unique product or service at an affordable price which we think shall separate us from the compeon. We have unexplored eco-tourism centers. How have you promoted these?
MV NODL Victoria transports revelers and tourists to the Islands of Kalangala. Kalangala is one of the places in Uganda with a successful conservaon story. And while at the travels we have processes that conserve the environment and improve the well-being of the people in places where the ship operates.
What was the impact of covid 19 on the marine industry?
Covid-19 was a huge blow for the marime industry a variety of ways. It delayed the development of our products and services that we had developed prior to that era. Sales lessened and this constrained processes that drive our innovaons.
What packages do you have so far to fit the indigenous Ugandan at the grass root? Our pricing packages are cost friendly to suit all income levels of the Ugandan economy.
How do you intend to fight the capsizing boat phobia in the public?
The ship is fied with safety equipment to save guard our passengers. The ship is also maintained and serviced periodically. And this maintenance and servicing are also prerequisites for insuring the ship. We believe this can reduce the public insecuries of traveling by water.
How oen do you handle boat repair and maintenance of MV Kalangala?
Maintenance is done every 250 and every 10000 sailing hours. This depends on the total cost ownership of every equipment and accessories used on the ship.
How do you ensure crew fitness and mental awareness?
The company orients all employees by having learning and development courses and inducon acvies which help to induce employees into the working environment.
What conngency plans do you have in case of mishaps/boats capsizing at the lake?
Our conngency plans of such a scenario begin with our maintenance team that gives the ship’s performance a 20-minutes’ recovery if systems fail. This accompanied by frequent maintenance gives the ship the best of quality, reliability and dependability with regards to safety of its operaons.
We are seeing a shi to eco-friendly waste management, how have you undertaken to improve this?
The ships are fied with a sewerage treatment plant which ensures that all wastes are treated before being disposed. We have also spearheaded environmental awareness around the land sites by training 100 community leaders about environmental conservaon.
What eco features will the passenger on board MV NODL expect to see/meet?

There is a lot Lake Victoria has to offer; that scenery is just grandiose.
Towards the fesve season, how have you
We developed the MV NODL Concept to tap into the high capacity of passengers that has grown over me during the fesve seasons.
How did you conceive the idea of operang a marine vessel?
It was conceived through research. We took part in a research that was funded by world bank in 2018 and this research kind of revealed all the feasible routes in terms of number of travelers for marime transportaon on Lake Victoria. With that in mind, our management felt like there was a need to build a ship that would solve the capacity problems of growing number of travelers to Kalangala.
How have you adjusted to operate MV Kalangala and MV NODL concurrently? We have accrued enough marime manage- transportaon services and products.
What's the safety level of MV NODL technically?
I do not know what you mean by safety level but the best I can say is that the ships we manage adhere to the safety and quality module. This module guarantees that we obey the necessary safety laws and regulaons as well as IMO, classificaon sociees, insurers and other marime organizaons’ codes, guidelines and standards.
As an operator for the two vessels, what have been your achievements so far? Our prime achievement is that we have met the movement needs of the people of Kalangala.
