Attraverso lo studio di una volumetria semplice ma non comune e l’uso di materiali dell’architettura tradizionale, un edificio costruito a fianco della storica cantina dell’Azienda Les Crêtes dall’aspetto decisamente contemporaneo che ricorda quasi quello di un massiccio montuoso. Il concetto di rifugio inteso come luogo dell’accoglienza in cui ricercare l’autenticità di un territorio. Il Rifugio del vino è dunque il frutto di un nuovo modo di concepire gli spazi della cantina e di una visione differente della degustazione che, da momento di piacere, diventa una vera e propria esperienza che coinvolge tutti i sensi. A unique room, an innovative space where tradition and innovation meet and tasting becomes an experience... here is Il Rifugio del Vino, in the heart of the Aosta Valley, at the foot of Aymavilles castle. Through the study of a simple but uncommon volumetry and the use of traditional architectural materials, a building has been built next to the historic winery of the company Les Crêtes with a decidedly contemporary look that almost resembles a mountain massif. The concept of a refuge, intended as a place of acceptance in which to seek the authenticity of a territory, Il Rifugio del Vino is the result of a new way of conceiving the spaces of the winery and a different view of tasting that, from a moment of pleasure, becomes a real experience that involves all the senses. A room created to give customers the aromas and flavours of Les Crêtes wines, strongly linked to the land but with a modern personality and an eye always looking to the future. Tasting wine, you can lose yourself in the view of the spectacle of the vineyards at the foot of the highest mountains in Europe through the large windows.
