l Concorso “Modon d’Or” premia le migliori Fontine d’alpeggio, cioè quelle realizzate solo con il latte delle mucche libere al pascolo in estate nei prati valdostani. he "Modon d'Or" competition rewards the best mountain pasture Fontine, that is, those made only with the milk of free cows grazing in summer in the Aosta Valley meadows.
