401(k)

Increase to 401(k) Contribution Limits

SA

Did you know that the IRS increased the 401(k) contribution limit from $22,500 for 2023 to $23,000 in 2024? If you are age 50 or older, you can also make catch-up contributions up to $7,500 in 2024. Take this opportunity to increase your contribution to the Toll Brothers 401(k) Savings Plan.

For every dollar that you contribute, Toll Brothers will contribute 50 cents, up to 6% of your eligible compensation. If you aren't contributing at least 6% to the 401(k) Savings Plan, you are missing out on free money every pay period. Receiving the full match today may create more opportunities for you to enjoy in retirement.

If you are not currently contributing or are not maximizing the match, now is a great time to start. An increase of just 1% can make a big difference. You can also check out the optional auto-escalation feature where, once you enroll, your contribution rate will automatically increase by 1% every July. The sooner you start, the more you can make your contributions work for you.

SUMMIT 2024

SAW DUST SCOOP TIS TURNKEY

Toll Integrated Systems (TIS) Turnkey started back in 2018 with only two employees: Jared Anderson and Kevin Brand. Since then, it has evolved into a team of 23, reaching as far north as New York and down south to the Carolinas. For the first time since Covid, we were able to bring the entire Turnkey team together at our Corporate Headquarters.

After a day packed with learning and development, the night ended with a team-building axe throwing competition. Our second day started with a kickoff from Rob Parahus, President and Chief Operating Officer, John Mangano, Senior Vice President of Architecture and Building Technologies, and Rick Moto, Director of Engineering & Turnkey Operations. A tour of the office and Design Studio was followed by a packed afternoon of informative presentations. We learned more about the functions of each department that supports, interacts and works closely with each of the Turnkey Representatives. We rounded out the final morning with multiple group breakout sessions with many takeaways for future ideas.

Thank you to everyone that participated and hopefully everyone left with a “Golden Nugget.”

KEYSTONE AWARD WINNERS

James Tedeschi

James Tedeschi—Inventory Control Coord. II —Morrisville, PA

James has stepped up in the absence of one of my key Purchasing team members. He has taken on more in an effort to make sure TIS Purchasing meets its goals and has products available to meet the communities' demands. He volunteered to take on the procurement of Andersen windows, our most demanding items to buy, along with additional suppliers. He has been a key team member for our inventory control team as well. He is an asset to my team, TIS, and Toll Brothers.

Thank you for your hard work, dedication and exemplifying our Toll Values!

SAW DUST SCOOP March Madness

March Madness @Culpeper, VA

As tip off for March Madness arrived on March 21st, the TIS Culpeper Plant had a facility wide free-throw competition. Each employee had the opportunity to attempt 10 freethrows showing off their basketball skills. Dobie White (pictured center) and Hugh Grigsby (pictured right) made it a fierce competition, each making 8 out of 10 baskets and forcing a three-point shot tie breaker series. Dobie ultimately earned 1st place and the title of TIS-Culpeper Free-Throw Champion, hitting 3 out of 10 three-pointers and walking away with a $100 Gift Card. Hugh Grigsby finished in second place and left with a $50 gift card. Our third place finisher and newest employee, Daniel Huggins (pictured left), gave both Dobie and Hugh a scare making his first 6-out-of-6 shots but ultimately finished 6 out 10 and went home with a $25 gift card.

Congratulations to all!

A Message From John Mangano

I want to take this opportunity to let all in our TIS family know how much you are all appreciated, and how instrumental we all are in Toll Brothers’ success. We have just reached the midpoint of our fiscal year and I am happy to report that home sales have been very strong, and Toll Brothers is well on its way to another fantastic year.

TIS is crushing it in 2024; as a team, we have produced 35% more homes than the same time last year, and it is just going to get better for all our plants since Toll Brothers is growing in all the areas we serve. This means more opportunity for all of us as we grow to meet their needs. Please reach out to Kate or Grace if you know someone who might be right for a position on our team. We could use a few good men & women!

Plant Reviews:

We just wrapped up our Spring Tour & Plant reviews. Continuous improvement: that is the purpose of our bi-annual plant reviews. During these plant visits we look for ways to make our operations even better by talking with & listening to people on the floor, and by sharing knowledge and best ideas from all areas of TIS. It was great to get around to all our TIS plants and spend some time with so many of our talented & dedicated TIS employees. I was so impressed by the many initiatives and improvements made since the last time around, and I look forward to getting back in October to see everyone again. we have made but realize there is still a lot more to accomplish so that at least 90% of our employees feel TIS is a great place to work; and your great feedback will help guide our efforts in continued improvements toward that goal.

A Message From John Mangano Cont.

Great Place to work Survey Employee Survey:

As many of you know, last month the entire Toll Brothers workforce was surveyed to provide feedback on how we all feel working for Toll Brothers. I want to thank everyone who participated in the survey this year. A record number of TIS employees responded (259), which was (24) more than last year! This is fantastic because we now have even more feedback on what we can do to make TIS an even better place to work.

Key points from the survey:

 “Taking everything into account, this is a great place to work”: 77% of TIS Employees

 Our overall scores improved by (3) points since last year.

 We saw improvement in every one of the 25 focus areas of the survey.

 The biggest improvements were in: Communication, Credibility, and Impartiality

 The highest scores were:

* People are treated fairly here 87%

* I am able to take time off when I think it’s necessary.

* I am given the resources to do my job: 86%

* When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride: 86%

I want to thank everyone who participated in the survey this year. I am proud of the progress we have made but realize there is still a lot more to accomplish so that at least 90% of our employees feel TIS is a great place to work; and your great feedback will help guide our efforts in continued improvements toward that goal.

As always, thank you for what you do for Toll Brothers!
