THE SINGING POET At age four, the ginger-haired guy from Yorkshire sang in the church choir and learned how to play guitar. At 16, he moved to London, performing at night and sleeping on the Underground when he “couldn’t find a bed.” He was 20 when he made his international breakthrough with his album “+.” This year, Sheeran won two Grammies – “Song of the Year” for “Thinking Out Loud” and “Best Pop Solo Performance.”
