The stands in the Show Ready and AMP range are all graphic -based fabric stands that are fully customised and can be fully branded with a customer’s image and message.

The system has the in -built capability to scale -up with an exhibitor’s requirements - from AV and lighting additions, to ﬂooring and furniture. The ease of build and production has proved a huge selling point. These stands are priced competitively for the 16sqm - 50sqm market. Country Pavilions

Our scale and resource enables us to deliver and support any size pavilion anywhere in the world.

We have extensive experience building and delivering pavilions, working alongside pavilion exhibitors through our dedicated service team as well as working across multiple geographiesincluding Middle East, Europe, Asia and North America. Our country pavilions are processed in a similar way to a full exhibition, providing a dedicated Account Manager, online shop for exhibitor orders as well as a dedicated Customer Service team.

We use the highest quality graphics on the market and source our materials responsibly, recycling all waste wherever possible. We have invested over 4million AED in new printers, increasing our production capabilities four -fold whilst using 80% less power.

Flooring

Our experience has taught us the value of good ﬂoor coverings. We have a vast range of covering types, grades and colours to choose from to enhance the visitor and exhibitor experience.

Our new initiatives in ﬂoor covering include:

- Sustainable ﬂooring – GES recently invested in interlocking sustainable platform ﬂooring which is made up of recycled plastic

- Carpet underlay creates a comfortable experience and increases dwell time. This would work well in sales oices or exhibitor lounges

- We can now print any image or design directly onto carpet, in high deﬁnition, for a quality ﬁnish.

Power & Electrics

Electrics is one of the most important elements of your event’s delivery in terms of safety and customer experience.

As always, when we are considering the best way to provide power to the dierent areas, we examine the safest and most cost -eective way.

We have invested heavily in new technologies and distribution panels to reduce the intrusiveness of venue mains supplies, which will beneﬁt your exhibitors and the general aesthetics of the shows.

Our electrics team have vast experience across all venues in the Middle East region and have in -depth knowledge of the show.

GES Scope:

GES played a pivotal role in COP28 by oering a range of essential services to more than 160 country pavilions including over 12,000 sqm of sustainable fabric graphics and banner and more than 18,000 sqm of carpet.

Across the Opportunity and Mobility districts, custom stands and features were also provided to enhance the unique identities of each pavilion. Alongside these elements, reusable furniture, live plants, AV and on -site support ensured smooth operations and impeccable execution.

GES Scope:

GES was the oicial contractor, appointed to service all exhibitors for the utilities, all of the Exhibitor Shell Scheme Stands, custom feature areas, registration build areas, partial signage and carpet.

GES were also appointed to build and ﬁt out multiple Chalets where we have worked with renowned clients for continuous years.

By working with dmg events, GES transformed the Riyadh Front Exhibitions and Convention Centre into a home for all things construction for Big 5 Construct.

GES provided a range of services from sustainable graphics and shell scheme stands to VIP and Wiﬁ lounges, ﬂoor coverings, rigging, and registration desks.

With a gross area of 140,000 Sq. metres ADIPEC had 2,200 exhibiting companies, 150,000 energy professionals, 28 International country pavilions, and almost.250 conference sessions. GES was the oicial contractor, appointed to service all exhibitors for the utilities, all of the Traditional Stands, feature areas, registration build areas, VIP Majlis, Young ADIPEC, Oshore Marine Petroleum Club and Carpet.

GES Scope:

As the oicial contractor for Global Rail, GES delivered a wide range of essential services to ensure the event’s success. These included custom build pavilions and exhibitor stands, tailored to provide impactful and engaging spaces for participants.

GES also designed and set up feature areas such as the speaker lounge, meeting areas, and visitor registration areas to enhance the experience for all aendees. Additionally, we provided clear directional signage to ensure smooth navigation throughout the venue.

Our oerings were complemented with high -quality furniture and carpeting, creating a professional and comfortable environment for everyone.

GES Scope:

200+ combined exhibitors and artists, with over 17,000 consumer visitors establishing the event as one of the most visited editions in the region. GES was appointed as the oicial service contractor providing the Traditional Stands, Artist Ally Stands, Registration, Features, Signage, all utilities, carpet and Meet the Stars zone.
