Welcome to the Rudow Family Cattle “Top Cut” Bull Sale. The task of bull selection is not taken lightly here. We want bulls that look like bulls! Bulls that will produce sound, functional, easy fleshing, LIVE calves that will keep you in the beef business. Our main objective is to breed predictable and reliable genetics. While we do value certain numbers such as CED, BW, $EN and Milk, we feel that more emphasis should be placed on the animal that we see every day. Does she have good feet? What does her udder look like? What is her body condition? Is she raising a good calf? Good cows produce good bulls!

BREEDING GUARANTEE
All bulls have passed a breeding soundness exam. Rudow Family Cattle will provide a first breeding season guarantee on all bulls. The first breeding season is defined as 90 days after the first turn out. This guarantee is not an insurance or mortality policy, but a guarantee on functional fertility. It is not a substitute or replacement for poor management or neglect. These are young bulls that are still developing and proper care and adequate nutrition is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer assumes all risks for injury due to bulls running together. For the guarantee to apply, Rudow Family Cattle asks to be contacted as soon as the condition is observed and before the animal is sold. Rudow Family Cattle will work with you to determine whether the animal is returned or sold for slaughter. Rudow Family Cattle will attempt to provide a replacement. If one cannot be provided, a sale credit, to be used in the next “Top Cut” bull sale, for full purchase price of the bull less the salvage value of the animal will be issued. Replacement bulls are not covered by this guarantee. No claims will be accepted after six months from sale date.
