Tips for the 1:1 interviews
Employers welcome walk-ins for intervals of 15 minutes.
Prioritize meeting with employers you are looking to network with and whose organizations you would like to learn more about. Make sure to stay within your time limit and try to visit as many employers as you can
Network purposefully and bring your best self to make a lasting impression
Offer help, advice, skills, and assistance where you spot an opportunity, and your contact details / call to action with each employer you meet Lead with your strong suit, as they say! Manage your time effectively as not all employers will be available at all times.
Find a window and make your way into an employer's booth and introduce yourself and your interest in their organization.
