ONUNU AND FRESH FISH STEW

z 3 cups yam cubes z 2 ripe Plantains z 2 tablespoons Palm oil z Salt to taste
How to make?

1. Boil yam and plantain till cooked 2. Pound yam and plantain with little salt and palm oil 3. When the mash combines together, take out of the mortar or food processor and mould into shape

FISH STEW
Ingredients
z 4 pieces Fresh Fish z 5 pieces fresh Tomatoes z 3 pieces Tatashe (red bell pepper) z 1 1/2 medium size Onion z Yellow Scotch Bonnet Pepper to taste(chopped) z ½ cup sliced Scent leaf z 1 cup Palm oil z Seasoning cube to taste z Salt to taste
How to make?
1. eason Fish with salt and set aside 2. Wash and boil whole tomatoes,
tatashe and one onion till soft. You may wish to add very little water to boil 3. Allow vegetables to cool then blend into smooth paste 4. Heat up oil, and fry onion and yellow pepper for 5 minutes 5. Add seasoning and salt and the blended vegetables 6. Allow to fry for 5 minutes 7. Add ½ cup of water and allow to cook for 10 minutes 8. Add the fish and scent leaf and reduce the heat to cook gently 9. Serve with the Onunu
