IGNIS HOUSE
A 1,000 sq ft house I designed, inspired by a fire alarm. I created presentation and construction documents in AutoCAD. Renderings were completed using Revit, Enscape, and PhotoShop.
Kitchen and Stairs
With no upper cabintentry and windows in their stead, this kitchen feels light and welcoming. The stairs create a focal point on the large curved window and the view outside.
Bedroom
The bedroom continues to emphasize the blurred line between inside and out. And the bedding brings color and warmth to this room.

War & Peace
The idea for this project came from many sources but what kickstarted this project is the novel, War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy I had just finished reading. I was inspired by the stories of these di erent Russian characters in the midst of the Napolean wars from 1805-1812. Despite the ravages of war these characters found a beauty in the world around them. Now over two centuries later, countries such as Russia, Ukraine and Israel are living battle grounds. The news is a constant echo chamber of the latest politics and controversies driving these wars but beneath it all there are humans trying to live their everyday lives.
The purpose of this lighting collection is to celebrate humanity around the world, those from war torn countries, those whose corrupt governments are waging war without their support, for everywhere in the world there are good people sharing a light we cannot see.
RUSSIA: Natasha
Natasha is abstracted from the onion shaped domes of St. Basil Cathedral in Moscow, Russia. The matte red metal finish draws from the vibrant color of St. Basil and traditional cultural elements.
All lights were modeled in Revit, rendered with ProCreate, and shop drawings completed with AutoCAD drawings exported from the Revit model.
UKRAINE: Anna
Anna is abstracted from the flared onion shaped domes seen throughout the cathedrals of Ukraine. The red fringe is a direct refrence to the traditional fringed scarves of the Ukrainian women.
ISRAEL: Aviv
Sticking with the dome abstraction, Aviv is influenced by Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem. The blue metal is in reference to the flags color and the star of David.
