Emotional and Therapeutic Support
Ruby Service (Emotional and Advocacy Support for survivors from BAME communities)
Full-time (35 hours per week) Worker annual deliverables
1000 direct hours to survivors.
A caseload of 80 survivors who receive full emotional and therapeutic support.
Complete 40 triage assessments with survivors referred to service.
70 hours on our helpline.
36 hours of drop-in support in communities.

A caseload of 66 survivors (43 of which are actively receiving support and advocacy and 23 who are inactive but can request advocacy or suport when needed).
