Subject to the appropriate paragraphs in the MTA statute, the following will determine the administration of the election process forthe EC of the Association.
1.Balloting will be held at the place, identified by the ECM on the actual day of the General Meeting whenelections are due to take place.
2.Ballot papers will be delivered to the affiliate members against signature, Maltese identity card number and Club’s name.

3.The election process, including the counting of votes, will be conducted by two scrutinisers appointed by the ECM for the purpose.
4.Elections shall be held in the following order: President, Secretary, Treasurer, and other officials.
5.A candidate may submit a nomination to be elected to any one or more of the posts and, if elected, he will be elected to the highest-ranking post of which he attainsthe firstmajority in the order of President, Secretary, Treasurer and official.
6.The following rules are to be observed for balloting:
a)All balloting shall be secret.
b)All balloting shall be by direct voting forcandidates by affiliate members
c)Each affiliate member may record one vote for each of the vacant positions.
d)All vacancies shall be balloted for concurrently.
e)In the event of a tie for any of the vacancies, a further ballot will be held amongst the voting affiliate members present at the meeting until one of the candidatesgains a simple majority of the votes cast.
