CORRIDORS: Highlighted edges of communal & commercial uses as indicators.
SITE AMALGAMATION: Intensified hierarchy of business, character of Queen St.
LAND SWAP: Secondary street network prior to parking, facilitating the population.
Redirect high speed car inlets away from the main street, centering Coachmans Park as St Marys’ civic heart with rejuvenated walkability along day-to-night shopfronts, and to manifest sensible density concentration aligned by East-West ant-trail thresholds.
COACHMANS PARK: A welcoming entrance to St Marys Civic Core, with iconic spatial edges of communal uses.
CENTRAL PARK: The Civic Core, concentrate of activities with water as feature & reference to waterway ceremonial grounds.

To configurate the landscape in a sloped-form towards Parramatta River, directing street network & views towards the parkland.
BLUE-GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE:
To implement green roofs; amphitheater as stormwater basin; street raingardens, broadening the green corridor of Parramatta River.
GREEN HUB:
To establish a balanced precinct with a floodable parkland recreational destination, with mixeduse commercial offices along arterial roads.
WATER CONNECTIVITY:
To encourage river interaction by incorporating facilities among mangrove gaps, connected via ‘Rivermouse’ light-ferry & bike routes.

Transition from horizontal to vertical form of viewing Country, farewell to engulfed ‘lands’ to welcome new ones. Floating wetlands & living seawalls are installed across the seawall unit, working together to boost biodiversity.
Rainwater are collected along the risen linear park, sea breeze are allowed to travel across the seawall building unit with its green corridor core for better ventilation & livability, cargo containers are also reused as infrastructure.
