Faculty Recruitment and Retention: Investing in Scholars Who Shape the Future Faculty are the cornerstone of a Scheller education. They serve as connectors between students, research, business, and society.

Yet, nearly 10% of our faculty receive external offers each year. Losing even one productive faculty member can drop our research rankings by 10 points and ripple across mentorship and academic continuity. Building Infrastructure: Creating Space to Learn, Connect, and Grow Physical space is the foundation for connection, collaboration, and innovation. Scheller’s new spaces will enhance learning, support growth, and meet the needs of an evolving student body.

We recently launched our first fully online graduate degree. With new global education classrooms, we can now extend our reach, serving learners across the country and around the world. This is also a game-changer for corporate partners, enabling us to offer hybrid executive education and custom programming for distributed teams.
