ANTHONY’S CHOPHOUSE/3 UP MONON ON MAIN DEVELOPMENT Carmel, Indiana

This 12,000-square-foot, upscale, three-story steakhouse restaurant, known as Anthony’s Chophouse, is located within a recently constructed, $20.0M, mixed-use development building in downtown Carmel. The Chophouse is also home to a rooftop cocktail bar, known as 3Up.

EVANSVILLE COWORK SPACE Evansville, Indiana

Working in partnership with the Growth Alliance of Greater Evansville at Innovation Pointe in downtown Evansville, Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for the build out of the new CoWork Space. The new hub for entrepreneur start-up’s features open concept offices, conference rooms, private phone booths and treadmill workstations.

BERRY GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS EMPLOYEE LOUNGE RENOVATION Evansville, Indiana

Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for the renovation of an existing employee lounge at Berry Global Headquarters. This 5,800-square-foot lounge consists of new “high end” finishes, focusing on the client’s manufactured products and employee experience. The new lounge provides alternate dining options, private collaboration areas to hold meetings and events, new furniture and treadmills. The renovation included interior demolition, floors, ceilings, casework, HVAC, and lighting upgrades to accommodate the new layout.

JOINK LLC. Terre Haute, Indiana

Garmong served as Design-Builder for this 20,000-square-foot, IT office buildout, which allowed our client to combine five separate locations into one new Headquarters facility. Project features included open collaboration space, private offices and a conference room large enough to accommodate over 100 staff.

CHATHAM HILLS CLUBHOUSE Westfield, Indiana

Garmong is serving as Construction Manager for this 62,000-square-foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a two-story recreation center with indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness area, locker rooms, basketball gym, bowling alley and child care area. It also houses a pro shop, restaurants and banquet hall.

THOMPSON’S HONDA AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP Terre Haute, Indiana

Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for this new, 27,000-square-foot automotive dealership, which features a visually astounding showroom, a customer lounge with numerous amenities for comfort, private management offices, an open and inviting sales floor with high end finishes, service bays with state-of-the-art inground automotive lifts, an indoor heated wash bay and a well lit exterior hardscape. This project was constructed in less than 10 months.

FUSON AUTOMOTIVE ADDITION AND RENOVATION Terre Haute, Indiana

Garmong Construction served as Design-Builder for the addition of a 2,400-square-foot service reception area and a 6,400-square-foot interior renovation to the showroom, offices, customer lounge, new car delivery room and service department. Exterior aluminum metal panel faรงade upgrades were also incorporated, per General Motors standards, and the exterior vehicle display area was replaced. This fast-track, multi-phased project was completed without disruption to daily business operations.

COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT THE ARC - INSTITUTE/TEACHING HOTEL Muncie, Indiana

Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for the Courtyard by Marriott and was developed by The Arc Innovations, Inc. This $29.5M, 113,644-square-foot hotel has six floors and 150 rooms. It is located next to the Convention Center, where a four-level parking garage to accommodate the Convention Center, Hotel and downtown Muncie was also constructed by Garmong Construction.

MONON ON MAIN

MIXED-USE: RESTAURANT/RETAIL/OFFICE Carmel, Indiana

Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for this $20.0M mixed-use development project in downtown Carmel. The project features a three-story, 12,000-square-foot upscale steakhouse; a three-story office building with 17,600 square-feet of office space and 8,000 square-feet of ground level retail space along Main Street; seven townhouses, a park along the Monon Trail and a parking garage. The project is located at the intersection of Main Street and the Monon Trail.

MISSION BBQ Evansville, Indiana

Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for this 3,800-square-foot Mission BBQ restaurant build-out in southwestern Indiana. Project components included a 100-capacity dining room, a full-service kitchen area with open service line/food prep for catering purposes and all MEP scope. Exterior components included new EIFS facade and an outdoor dining patio.

ROSS ELLIOTT JEWELERS Terre Haute, Indiana

With Garmong Construction serving as General Contractor, the former Fifth Third Bank building located just adjacent to Honey Creek Mall in Terre Haute was renovated to create 6,000 square-feet of retail space for Ross Elliott Jewelers. The renovated space includes custom cabinetry and lighting throughout the showroom, private customer consultation areas, vault storage, and a customer drive-thru for drop-off/pick-up services. This fast-tracked project was completed in less than five months.

THR3E WISE MEN BREWING COMPANY Muncie, Indiana

Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for Thr3e Wise Men Brewing Company, located in Muncie’s Courtyard by Marriott Arc hotel. Garmong constructed the 4,300-square-foot restaurant, along with its 1,200-square-foot patio, in addition to, and in conjunction with, the hotel and a four-level parking garage, all of which is located next to Muncie’s downtown Convention Center.

CH ROBINSON Indianapolis, Indiana

Garmong Construction served as General Contractor on this third floor tenant fit out for CH Robinson, a global logistics company. The project required an extremely aggressive nine-week schedule and included 10,000 square-feet of office space, a state-of-the-art teleconference room and an employee lounge. The new office space, which accommodates nearly 110 employees, is located in the NRHA headquarters building in Downtown Indianapolis. Garmong completed CH Robinson immediately following completion of the NRHA’s headquarters renovation project.

COAST TO COAST AUTOMOTIVE Indianapolis, Indiana

Garmong served as General Contractor on the Coast to Coast Imports auto dealership in Indianapolis. Located at 96th and Keystone, this 18,000-square-foot high-end import dealership (branded as “The Collection�) features a four-story car lift display, open concept showroom, premium customer lobby area, and full-service garage. Construction was completed in less than eight months.

NRHA HEADQUARTERS Indianapolis, Indiana

Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager on the renovation of a downtown Indianapolis office building for the North American Retail Hardware Association. Located within the city center, the Delaware Street office building serves as the headquarters for NRHA operations in the US and Canada. Services provided by Garmong included preconstruction budgeting, value engineering reviews, local permitting and code reviews, construction coordination and project closeout.

JOBSITE SAFETY Anticipating risk is critical in our industry. This includes personal injury and property damage, both of which can be devastating and interruptive. Through regular safety audits, daily recorded progress reports, and fluid communication between the project team and our clients, our focus on safety remains in the forefront.

Our Experience Modification Rating reflects our attention to safety procedures and risk management. We are proud to report consistently low accident figures.

TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS Garmong’s safety personnel are rarely found in the office, as they travel the state regularly visiting jobsites, ensuring construction activities are being performed in compliance, and educating our Superintendents and their craftsmen on changes in regulation or practice. They also ensure our field teams are receiving the necessary (and often required) training that is relevant to their assigned jobsite, and to the industry as a whole. Our Superintendents are also equipped with the latest software and technology, including iPads, allowing for real time communication and daily progress report sharing with clients and with the office. We have been a member of CCS since 2013.
