ABOUT GARMONG
For decades, the Garmong Education Team has worked closely with university officials and student representatives across Indiana, listening to their needs and executing campus improvement plans. Garmong’s higher education team has experience with campus facilities ranging from residence halls, state-of-the-art classrooms, and student unions, to libraries, athletic facilities, power plants and more. Not only do these projects result in an enriched campus life, but they have also allowed Garmong’s Team to demonstrate their expertise and understanding of your environment. Garmong has extensive experience with the CMc delivery method, also known as CM at Risk, and served as Technical Advisor to Purdue University on their first CMc project, the Purdue Honors College. Concurrent to working with Purdue on the Honor’s College, Garmong was also engaged to develop a CMc Best Practices Manual. This manual contains the Best Practices methodology Garmong has learned, refined and applied in its nearly 100-year history, and from its experience in constructing millions of dollars in projects using the CMc delivery method. Design-Build and General Contracting services are second nature to us as well. Founded in 1923, Garmong provides construction services statewide from our offices in Indianapolis, Terre Haute and Evansville.
