Text Overlays are created as the products are scanned at the point-of-sale lanes. The system allows you to set triggers that will alert you, for example, when high-value items are scanned or refunds and discounts are actioned on the lane.
Customer Recognition
Our facial recognition is a compelling feature used in many settings where security or customer service are of utmost importance. The system records, processes, identifies and stores the customers’ faces. It can be used, for example, to spot and track important/ high-value customers or to recognise people who are no longer allowed within a store or suspected criminals.
Item Tracking
Users can set the item tracking technology feature within the system to identify selected individual shelf items within the store. It can be used, for example, to trace valuable stock items within a store in real-time or on a playback feature. The same functions can be used to create short inventory alerts within a store.

The heat mapping technology is a powerful analytical tool providing a graphic overlay in the form of a heat map displaying the area and frequency of motion detected by the camera. It will allow the retailers to see a colour-coded map of shoppers’ time in a specific store area.
