The past year has been nothing short of remarkable for the gaming industry across the Americas, with both commercial and Tribal operators achieving record results and suppliers continuing to drive innovation at pace.

The US commercial gaming revenue reached an all-time annual high of $71.92bn in 2024, as revealed in the American Gaming Association’s Commercial Gaming Revenue Tracker. This total surpassed 2023’s previous record by 7.5%, marking the fourth consecutive record year for the sector. Online gaming’s role in this growth cannot be overstated, accounting for 30% of nationwide commercial gaming revenue with a record-breaking $21.54bn generated in 2024.

Tribal gaming also posted historic numbers. The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) reported Gross Gaming Revenues of $43.9bn for FY 2024, up 4.6% year-on-year. As NIGC Acting Chairwoman Sharon Avery highlighted, this achievement reflects the commitment of Tribal leadership to preserving and expanding a vital economic driver for their communities, and stands as a testament to strong governance and sound regulation that safeguard the industry’s integrity. On the development front, the landbased industry continues to expand and invest in new experiences. The past year saw the opening of properties such as The Rose Gaming Resort in Virginia, the new Hollywood Casino Joliet in

Illinois, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino properties in Bristol, Virginia and in Ottawa, Canada, each bringing fresh energy to their local markets.

Meanwhile, anticipation remains high in New York, where the race for commercial casino licenses has intensified – with some operators bowing out while others double down on their bids.

Suppliers have also been at the forefront of industry progress. Slot and ETG manufacturers unveiled new products designed to capture the next generation of players, while digital suppliers pushed the boundaries of online content with immersive experiences and cross-channel integration.

Elsewhere, Artificial Intelligence continued to play a key role in casino management systems, from optimizing floor operations and personalizing player experiences to strengthening security and compliance. New tools powered by AI have also been helping operators monitor and protect players more effectively. These innovations underline the central role suppliers play in shaping the future of gaming, not just in the Americas but globally.

Across Latin America, momentum is building as Brazil launched its regulated sports betting and iGaming market on January 1, setting the stage for what many believe will become one of the largest regulated markets in the world. Meanwhile, Peru

remains a strong iGaming hub, drawing both local and international operators, while other countries across the region are closely watching these developments as they consider their own regulatory paths.

One particular industry development that genuinely brings me great joy, is seeing responsible gaming take center stage – not only in North and South America, but across the global regulated markets. Over the past year, responsible gaming has moved from being a talking point to becoming a true priority, with both operators and suppliers investing in meaningful action. From innovative problem gambling detection tools, to comprehensive education programs, community initiatives and enhanced support systems, the industry is showing a collective determination to place player protection at the heart of its future.

MGM Resorts achieved exceptional momentum over the past year, setting a new company record for consolidated net revenues in Q2 2025 - $4.4bn, alongside recordbreaking Regional Operations revenue. The company continues to pursue strategic expansion with a $2.3bn proposal to transform its iconic Empire City Casino in New York into a full-scale commercial casino and entertainment destination. Significant investments in guest experience are also underway, including a $300m remodel of all 4,212 rooms and suites at the MGM Grand, set for completion by the end of 2025. Combined with continued enhancements to technology, sustainability, and its MGM Rewards program, MGM Resorts reaffirms its status as a forward-thinking, guest-focused leader in the industry.

CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT

WYNN RESORTS

With a consistent focus on delivering premium guest experiences and expanding its international footprint, Wynn remains a top-tier operator in the land-based gaming space. In 2024, the company achieved its highest-ever full-year Adjusted Property EBITDAR of $2.36bn, with Las Vegas operations also setting a new annual record. Earlier this year, the company celebrated the 20th anniversary of Wynn Las Vegas, marking two decades of excellence in hospitality, gaming, and entertainment. Meanwhile, construction progressed steadily on the $5.1bn Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE, reinforcing the brand’s global leadership and long-term vision.

PENN ENTERTAINMENT

With a strong mix of property innovation, regional growth, and guest experience upgrades, Caesars reinforced its leadership in North America. Over the past year, the company celebrated the grand opening of Caesars Virginia and completed a $435m transformation of Caesars New Orleans. It also broke ground on Caesars Republic Sonoma County and unveiled plans to redevelop Harveys Lake Tahoe into Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe. The company submitted its official proposal for Caesars Palace Times Square, marking a bold step toward establishing a landmark gaming and entertainment destination in NYC. Additionally, Caesars was selected as the Service Provider for the Windsor Casino by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

PENN demonstrated exceptional momentum over the past year, driven by bold property reinvestments, digitalto-retail customer engagement, and continued market expansion. The company leveraged new technology, refreshed hotel and F&B offerings, and introduced more ESPN BET-branded retail sportsbooks to enhance the guest experience across its casino portfolio. Its omnichannel strategy is paying off, with cross-sell rates from digital to retail growing over 64% YoY in Q4 2024. PENN unveiled the new $185m Hollywood Casino Joliet in August. Additionally, the company announced a $180–$200m plan to relocate and rebrand Ameristar Council Bluffs riverboat casino operations to a new, state-of-theart land-based property, further reinforcing its commitment to innovation and growth.

BALLY’S CORPORATION

Bally’s had a transformational year, marked by bold development projects that reinforce its position as a leading land-based operator. In 2024, the company began development of its permanent Chicago casino resort and completed the controlled demolition of the Tropicana Las Vegas, making way for the future MLB stadium for the A’s franchise. It also finalized a series of transactions with The Queen Casino & Entertainment and Standard General, expanding its portfolio with four high-performing Queen casinos and significantly strengthening its financial and operational foundation. In early 2025, the company submitted a $4bn proposal for Bally’s Bronx, a transformative integrated resort in New York.

J&J GAMING

With a globally recognized brand and a commitment to excellence across operations, HRI continues to set the standard in the land-based casino vertical. In November 2024, it celebrated the grand opening of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol and in July this year, it opened the $350m Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa, Canada's first fully integrated Hard Rock resort. Later this year, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon will open, further growing the company’s US footprint. Additionally, Hard Rock joined forces with Mets owner Steve Cohen to submit a bid for Hard Rock Metropolitan Park in New York - an ambitious vision to transform 50 acres of asphalt parking lots around CitiField in Queens into a revolutionary sports and entertainment park.

J&J Gaming stands as North America’s premier distributed gaming partner, driven by a 30% CAGR since 2021 and 6% YoY growth from Q1 2024 to Q1 2025. It powers 3,600+ licensed venues with 29,000+ machines across regulated markets. Backed by a legacy dating to 1929 and 1,400+ dedicated experts, J&J Gaming delivers gamingas-a-service with 24/7/365 support, best-inclass uptime, and unmatched performance coast to coast. In 2024, J&J Gaming acquired Golden Entertainment’s Nevada Distributed Gaming Operations.

BOYD GAMING

Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2025, Boyd Gaming demonstrated impressive performance and strategic growth over the past year. In Q2 2025, the company achieved its strongest property-level revenue and Adjusted EBITDAR growth in more than three years, with margins exceeding 40%, fueled by strong play from core customers and increased retail engagement. Key property upgrades include the completion of extensive renovations at Valley Forge Casino Resort’s Stardust Tower and ongoing enhancements at IP Casino Resort Spa. Boyd also broke ground on its newest property, Cadence Crossing Casino in southern Nevada, signaling continued expansion. The company maintains a robust balance sheet and disciplined capital strategy, returning nearly $750m to shareholders in 2024.

CHOCTAW CASINOS & RESORTS

Over the past year, Choctaw Casinos & Resorts reinforced its commitment to innovation and excellent guest experience. Last year’s opening of Choctaw Landing, a 100-room luxury resort and casino in Hochatown, Oklahoma, elevated the region’s hospitality and entertainment scene. This year, in an industry-first, Choctaw introduced cryptocurrency and digital assets as a new source of liquidity for casino patrons through a collaboration with Bitline and Everi. This provides additional options for guests and positions Choctaw Casinos & Resorts at the forefront of the gaming industry’s future.

CHURCHILL DOWNS INCORPORATED

CDI built on a record 2024 with an all-time high net revenue of $934.4m in Q2 2025. It set multiple records at the 151st Kentucky Derby, including the highest allsources handle for the Kentucky Derby Race, Kentucky Derby Day Program, and Kentucky Derby Week, plus peak and average viewership of 21.8 million and 17.7 million, respectively. The company began the largest expansion in its 150-year history at Churchill Downs Racetrack to enhance the Derby experience. DRAFTKINGS

FanDuel is America’s #1 Sportsbook, maintaining its ongoing leadership position in GGR share across 2024 along with a 51% share of net gaming revenue. FanDuel is also the #1 rated sports betting app by customers via the App Store. Throughout 2024, it introduced a series of product innovations that revolutionize parlay betting and deliver industry-first upgrades that directly address customer feedback. It also aims to set the standard for what it means to be a responsible operator and has a series of RG initiatives that support customers, such as My Spend. By the end of 2024, FanDuel was also the number-one iGaming brand in the US market based on market share and it remains so today, extending its leadership to a 27% GGR market share in Q1 2025.

DraftKings continues to set the standard for digital gaming leadership through strategic growth, innovation, and a strong focus on RG. In 2024, it expanded into the lottery space through its acquisition of Jackpocket and enhanced player protection by appointing a Chief Responsible Gaming Officer and launching the My Budget Builder tool. The company also relaunched its Dynasty Rewards program and achieved a 30% revenue increase, as a result of both technological advancement and strong user engagement. In Q1 2025, DraftKings averaged 4.3 million MUPs - a 28% YoY rise - demonstrating impressive retention and acquisition across its sportsbook and iGaming product offerings and the impact of the acquisition of Jackpocket.

BETMGM

BetMGM’s enhancements in product, marketing, player engagement and industry-first wallet connectivity in Nevada, resulted in strong financial performance, growth in player engagement and retention KPIs. FY24 net revenue was $2.1bn, while Q1 2025 revenue grew another 34% YoY to $657m. Q1 2025 EBITDA improved +$154m vs Q1 2024. Average monthly actives were up 6% YoY in Q1 2025 and iGaming established itself as a juggernaut, with net revenue of $443m, up 27% over 2024. BetMGM’s product innovation - such as its omnichannel digital wallet, exclusive games, and enhancements to Same Game Parlay - has driven sharp engagement metrics, including a 41% increase in MLB parlay bets per active user and strong cross-sell performance.

FANDUEL

CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT

Over the past year, Caesars made major strides in digital innovation, delivering record-breaking performance across its online casino and sportsbook platforms. The April ‘24 redesign of Caesars Palace Online Casino introduced a multi-lobby layout that boosted engagement, followed by the October launch of Horseshoe Online Casino, which delivered double-digit growth in FTDs, bets, and GGR by the end of the year. This drove Caesars’ iGaming handle up 40% YoY to $14.9bn, alongside all-time highs in net revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow. On the sports betting side, Caesars acquired software provider ZeroFlucs, powering enhanced live SGPs and expanded betting markets. These improvements helped make Super Bowl LIX the most bet-on event in Caesars Sportsbook history.

One of the most recognised betting brands globally, bet365 delivered outstanding growth across the US market. Over the past 12 months, the company unveiled its new US headquarters in Denver, expanded operations into five additional states - bringing its total to 14 - and formed high-profile partnerships with the Charlotte Hornets, Colorado Avalanche, and Denver Nuggets. bet365 also unveiled a sponsorship of the popular Roommates podcast starring Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart, enhancing brand visibility. On the product side, it introduced new features like Player Parlay, NBA Visualization, SGP build options and upgraded Cash Out availability on SGPs in key betting markets.

FANATICS BETTING & GAMING

Fanatics is the fastest-growing sportsbook in America, leveraging its deep sports industry ties to deliver a standout betting experience. Following its acquisition of PointsBet, the company rapidly expanded its footprint in 2024 and now reaches approximately 95% of the addressable online sports betting market. In New York, Fanatics achieved a record sports betting handle of $143.2m in September 2024, signaling impressive momentum. Brand awareness climbed to 53% in Q1 2025 (up 11%), supported by standout customer initiatives like the FanCash loyalty program and the Fair Play refund policy, which saved users over $8m in voided prop and parlay bets. These efforts solidify Fanatics’ position as one of the most consumer-driven digital operators in the industry.

HARD ROCK BET

Hard Rock Bet has cemented its reputation as a digital gaming innovator. Over the past year, it launched a 24/7 Digital Center at Hard Rock Atlantic City, allowing digital players to interact directly with the brand and receive in-person support. In NJ, Hard Rock’s online casino now features over 2,500 games, including exclusive proprietary titles. Other key enhancements introduced by the operator include: SGP Max (combining up to 20 total wagers), Flex Parlays, and a Sportradar-powered Streaming Hub. Its next-gen casino app lobby and Legendary Reward Drops program further highlight Hard Rock Bet’s focus on personalization and rewarding user experiences.

ECLIPSE GAMING SYSTEMS

Eclipse Gaming, an exclusively Class II supplier, continues to advance Tribal gaming through strategic upgrades to its hardware, game content, and team. The company debuted its new Callisto™ cabinet at IGA 2025, featuring a 49-inch 4K display and interactive lighting. Eclipse also rolled out upgrades to its IMPACT cabinets and introduced a lineup of new titles including Chicken Pop™ , Critter Cash Pop™ , and Adventures on the High Seas™ , each offering unique multi-feature gameplay. With its recent partnership with Interblock to expand ETG capabilities, Eclipse is strengthening its position as a leading innovator in the Class II space.

Everi supports Class II gaming operators with offerings that help foster unique, compelling gaming experiences for all players. It helped generate an extra $1.3bn YoY from 2023 to 2024 for Class II operators, a growth of 6%. Now joined by IGT, the combined company strengthens this leadership with a library of over 1,000 Class II games and 9,000+ units by the IGT brand in operation, including standout titles like Stinkin’ Rich Tail Wins and Tiger and Dragon on the advanced RISE55 cabinet. Together, Everi and IGT offer the most comprehensive and proven Class II gaming solutions in the industry.

ARISTOCRAT GAMING

Aristocrat Gaming is a leader in Class II gaming, in both mechanical and video reels. Its mechanical reel games held 23 of 25 top spots in the 12-month period ending March 2025. Its video titles held 16 of top 25 spots in the same period. Games such as Red Hot Ruby Rakes in Riches, Mr. Money Bags Makes a Mint, The Hunt for Neptune’s Gold Wheel, and Polar High Roller Lightning Wilds are must-haves for every Class II operator of every size.

INTERBLOCK

Interblock is redefining Class II gaming in the Americas with its new ETG portfolio designed for Tribal casinos. Leveraging the Zuum acquisition and a strategic alliance with Eclipse Gaming, the lineup delivers scalable roulette, craps, and blackjack that unite Interblock’s award-winning engineering with full Class II compliance. Decades of Tribal collaboration and unrivaled product reliability make Interblock the definitive partner for Class II innovation.

EVERI

LIGHT & WONDER

Light &Wonder’s MK2 system revolutionizes Class II gaming with 20% faster speeds, enhanced ball draw, and seamless legacy transitions through the Titan engine. Driving top-performing hits like HUFF N’ PUFF and QUICK HIT LINK, MK2 delivers verified gains in engagement and revenue, setting a new industry benchmark and redefining the future of Class II gaming.

AGS

AGS continues to strengthen its leadership in the Class II space through game innovation, hardware performance, and a deep understanding of the tribal casino market. This year, it expanded its Class II offering with titles like So Hot Super 4, developed exclusively for Class II, and the Revel™ mechanical stepper cabinet, which delivered competitive performance in regulated Tribal markets. In the table games segment, AGS enhanced its Class II lineup with progressive products that are easy to integrate and designed to elevate both player experience and operator profitability.

BLUBERI

Driven by strong partnerships with 158 Tribal jurisdictions and continued product evolution, in the past year, Bluberi launched the Beacon Elite cabinet - its first leased product - anchored by Devil’s Lock All In, which averaged 1.85x performance in Class II in its first six months. The follow-up release, Honey Bomb, significantly outperformed expectations with 2.94x average Class II performance. Bluberi also expanded its core game lineup with Timber Jack Going Wilder (1.84x), Jackpot Shot (1.14x), and other strong-performing content tailored for diverse Tribal floors.

KONAMI GAMING

Konami Gaming continues to show strong commitment to the Class II market by delivering high-quality, engaging content. With a focus on elevating player engagement, Konami has steadily expanded its Class II footprint through top-performing innovative titles. In August 2024, Konami began test operations of its Class II machines in Florida, marking another step forward in its strategic growth in Tribal markets.

IT was the first to bring an ETG to Class II, especially with a physical roulette wheel. This year, IT unveiled its True Pick Fastball, which is similar to its high-performing True Pick Roulette, but with a ball blower with a 38-ball call with single-ball release and single pattern. In addition, IT continued to introduce a lot of its top-performing Class III games to Class II. Hits like Ascending Fortunes on the Prism VXP cabinet are now available for Class II markets.

AINSWORTH

Ainsworth continues to strengthen its position in the Class II market with high-performing, localized content tailored to operators. In 2024, it expanded its portfolio with Unity platform-developed titles, allowing for quick porting of Class III games to Class II. Standout performers like San Fa Pandas - and its sequels San Fa Rabbits and San Fa Tigers have driven strong engagement with their exclusive three-pot mechanic. In 2024, Ainsworth also debuted Rocket Link, its first game designed specifically for Class II and HHR markets on the top-performing RAPTOR ™ cabinet, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and Tribal gaming partnerships.

NOVOMATIC AMERICAS

NOVOMATIC Americas takes pride in its relentless innovation, product diversity, and customer-first execution. With standout titles like Piggy Prizes, Ultra Boost Tiger Storm and Cash Flood, breakthrough cabinets like the V.I.P. X Galaxy ™ 2.65, and a deep commitment to both commercial and Tribal markets, NOVOMATIC delivers performance, reliability, and market-specific solutions that drive real results. A trusted partner and a powerhouse supplier, the company has been in Eilers’ top 3 emerging suppliers for the past 5 years.

EGT

In the past 12 months EGT achieved significant milestones in the Americas region. The company made numerous large-scale installations of its gaming equipment, including installing 180 slot machines with Pasha Global in Suriname, 140 machines with BBT and 160 machines with Cirsa in Panama, as well as 80 slot cabinets across casino floors in Curaçao. EGT also accomplished the first WAP installation of its hugely popular Bell Link 1 with Atlantis in Sint Maarten.

KONAMI GAMING

In the past 12 months, Konami launched a wave of new products, including the innovative Bingo Frenzy Stampede ™ and entirely new slot series such as What the Duck ™ , Double Envelopes ™ , Mighty Mayan Chief ™ , Firedrake ™ . It also brought several enhancements to its SYNKROS ® system, including SYNK Vision biometric upgrades and the SYNKROS Drink System.
