I am an architect of the Pontifical Xaverian University in Bogota, Colombia with a wide and great interest and experience in architectural design mainly in interiors. Within the academy and in my personal life, I stand out for my rapid execution when doing projects and my ability to adapt to different situations and people to achieve favorable results.

Passionate about art that seeks to generate a change and a way of perceiving the world with different eyes, just as architecture is, for which it moves me to continue experimenting and discovering this wide world of possibilities for improvement for everyone who inhabits.

I consider myself a creative, innovative and recursive person, who strives for things to be always done with greater precision and detail.

IMMERSE THE SENSES Interactive sensory hub DEGREE PROJECT 2023

The scope of this thesis focuses on proposing an architectural draft regarding the solution for a suitable and inclusive infrastructure typology for children aged 3 to 8 with Sensory Processing Disorder. The objective is to create a proposal that considers the development of sensory integration through play, transforming this typology into a multisensory space for therapy and healing, tailored to their needs and abilities. The aim is to enhance their personal, learning, and behavioral development.

TEXTURES The textures play a significant role as they enhance sensory stimulation. It is necessary for them to be soft, pleasant to the touch, and comforting.

LIGHTNING The goal is to have uniform and well-distributed lighting to avoid dark or overly bright areas that may cause distractions or overload the attention of children. Utilizing natural lighting is sought as a method of stimulation, playing with light and shadow.

THE HUB URBAN EQUIPMENTS

This project covers the problem of the qualitative and quantitative deficit of social provision services. It is oriented to respond to the proposal in terms of improving the social and human well-being quality of a population in the city of Bogotá. The design idea is carried out from a comprehensive vision and strategic approach, which includes urban, environmental and social aspects. A center for youth employability through telecommunications is proposed, which seeks to improve the employability, quality of life and well-being of young people between 17 and 28 years old.

DESIGN STRATEGIES

“The Hub” seeks to solve the employability of young people through the new economies and telecommunications, this including virtual environments, and faceto-face study and work environments.

Located in Teusaquillo, on Avenida 26 between Carreras 36 and 37

The shape arises from a warp and its logic, taking out 3 base modules which, as the building grows in height, join together to form one and give continuity to the building.

These base modules become a base where the final tower is supported, which is rotated on the same axis.

MINI ARCHITECTURE PROJECT This project is based on creating mini-architecture that consists of not exceeding 30 square meters of total project area, fulfilling a purpose and solving a problem.

Seijaku is an idea that arises from the chaos of the city and how it is necessary to isolate oneself from movement in order to reconnect with oneself through nature. A tea house is proposed on the outside of the city, where the main objective is to disconnect from the routine and the constant movement that this generates, through drinks based on natural plants and surrounded by nature, where you live an experience of tranquility, harmony, balance and purity..

TEKTONIKO HABITAT XXI CENTURY

This project is approached from the “’Habitat” and how this is a geo-spatial place where the optimal conditions are presented for the human being to live in comfort. It begins with a detailed investigation of what living conditions are like in the 21st century, from its macro scale, such as urban extension, to the micro scale, such as design and architectural aspects. The concept of adaptability and flexibility are the fundamental factors to address and propose alternatives to improve the quality of life and the concept of living today.
