Unfortunately, there was a lack of engagement in the event. So most people who filled out the postcards were people attending the event as part of their organisation; the given ideas included things like ‘getting more access to greenspace’, ‘growing more produce’ and having ‘local food markets’101. It is pretty clear from this what these people’s agenda is around food and food redesigns in cities. It is hard to imagine that those living in less affluent ways would be as quick to desire food growing compared to getting access to food. However, in an interview with a worker from the South West Food Bank in March 2021, when questioned about the idea of growing food in the city Claire responded
