The coral reef walkthrough experience immerses visitors in a simulated coral reef environment, showcasing its vibrant marine life and delicate ecosystem. It aims to raise awareness about the importance of coral reefs, conservation efforts, and individual actions. Through interactive exhibits, it promotes understanding, empathy, and stewardship for these vital ecosystems.

The customer journey begins with their initial entry into the pop-up, where they are introduced to the early stages of the recycling process used to create the collaboration merchandise. As they progress through the pop-up, they are guided through each step of the process, from the beginning to the end. This immersive experience allows customers to witness the transformation of recycled materials into the final merchandise, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the collaboration's sustainable practices.
