OCTOBER 3-9, 2022 VOLUNTEER HANDBOOK

OUR SINCEREST THANKS

Spending time with you all creates some of my fondest memories, and our hope is that through this experience, you will create lifelong friendships that extend outside of tournament week.

Dear Volunteers, It is with tremendous enthusiasm that we welcome you to the 2022 Constellation FURYK & FRIENDS presented by Circle K. I am so proud to work alongside you and cannot imagine where we would be without your leadership, dedication and passion for making a positive impact in our community. Whether you are a returning volunteer or are joining us for the first time, you are now part of our great family that likes to have a lot of fun. On the heels of our success last year, we have learned a lot and are excited to implement meaningful changes that will enhance the experience for fans, sponsors, and of course, our volunteer team! While you all serve in vital roles and will be instrumental to our success, do not forget to have fun!

Best Regards, Adam Renfroe Adam TournamentRenfroeDirector

In this handbook, you will find important information about the event. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out your committee leadership or our tournament team. We are extremely grateful for your support.

Speaking of friendships, we are excited to welcome back Robert Davis as Volunteer Chair in 2022 and know that all of you will share in our excitement. Robert’s wisdom and experience leading up to and throughout our inaugural event is one of the main reasons we were so successful, and we will always be grateful for his leadership.

PARKING Parking for volunteers will be available on NAS Jax property inside the Commercial Entrance. While there is no address for the Commercial Entrance, you can input Fire Station - NAS Jax and that will take you to the intersection. When you enter the Commercial Gate, follow the signs for Lot V. Please do not park in Lot V unless you are working that day. We are limited on parking availability. You must have a physical parking tag to enter NAS Jax property.

CREDENTIALS

Your volunteer credential is valid for entry to the tournament all week. Please make sure you have your credential displayed at all times and, as a reminder, your credential should only be used when you are working.

The Volunteer Party will take place on October 19 at Topgolf in the Town Center. Each volunteer receives one (1) ticket with their package purchase; additional tickets may be purchased in the volunteer portal. Volunteer Play Day will take place on October 17 at Timuquana Country Club. To qualify for Volunteer Play Day, you must work at least 3 shifts. Please work with your Volunteer Chair to ensure you hit that threshold should you be interested.

All volunteers are required to wear the official volunteer uniform while performing their volunteer duties. We ask that all volunteers wear knee-length khaki shorts, pants or kneelength skirts while on duty. No cargo shorts (those with zippered pockets at the knee) please. Comfortable closed toed shoes are preferred. There will be no returns on apparel. There will be no exchanges during Volunteer Uniform Distribution, only during Tournament Week. You must always have your credential visible when working.
