About the Founder
Mr. MhannyYoussef is a lawyer, legal advisor, and director of legal departments at several Egyptian, Saudi, and French companies. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, Beni Suef branch, and honed his skills by practicing under the custody of esteemed lawyers in Egypt before joining one of Riyadh›s largest law firms as a legal advisor.
In Riyadh, he acquired a deep understanding of the Saudi legal, judicial, and commercial systems and established strong legal departments for various companies. He also led the legal department of one of the largest economic entities in the Middle East.
Relying on the extensive professional experience in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt, Mr. Youssef founded an international law firm named «Mhanny& Partners Law and Arbitration Firm.« to act as a beacon of legal services for international law in Egypt, the Arab World, the United States, France, and China.
Mr. Youssef has conducted numerous training sessions, including one on contract drafting in English organized by the Legal Studies Center at Assiut University›s Faculty of Law. He has extensive experience in delivering training courses, having lectured at numerous courses organized by the Center for Legal Studies at Assiut University. He has provided practical training to the legal department team and contract managers at the China Petroleum Pipeline Company )CPP(, as well as to legal teams in many other companies. He has also made significant contributions to the media, participating in numerous television interviews and publishing many articles in newspapers
