ENVIRONMENTAL

Reduce climate and environmental impact through smarter energy use, waste management, and responsible procurement.

TARGETS

CO2-Reduction

RRduce the company’s total CO2 footprint by 10% over the next three years, e.g., through energy savings and efficient transport.

1. Energy Consumption

Switch to green electricity wherever possible.

Optimize route planning and participate in shared transport solutions to reduce fuel consumption and empty runs.

Reduce printing: Implement a “print only when necessary” policy and set double-sided printing as the default procedure.

Automatic on/off systems for all office and warehouse rooms and machinery.

Install solar panels on the roof to supplement gas. Explore the possibility of district heating.

LED bulbs in all lamps.

EV charging stations have been installed.

Purchase new, more energy-efficient warehouse trucks.

2. Waste and Packaging

Reduce the use of single-use plastic by 50% within two years .

All packaging must be FSC-certified by 2026.

Waste sorting in office, kitchen, and warehouse.

ESG

SOCIAL (SOCIALT ANSVAR)

Create a healthy workplace and take social responsibility within the supply chain and the local community.

TARGETS

1. Workplace and Well-being

Satisfaction goal: Achieve +80% employee satisfaction in the annual well-being survey.

Offer each employee at least one annual skills development program.

Introduce flexible working hours: Employees may ajust their working time by one hour, but only by agreement, as the office must always be staffed from 08:00 to 16:00.

2. Diversity and Inclusion

Implement a diversity policy and ensure non-discriminatory hiring practices.

3. Local Engagement

Collaborate with local schools/internship programs.

Donate to or support local causes at least once a year.

4. Supplier Responsibilit

Ensure that all suppliers have signed our Code of Conduct (CoC).

ESG

GOVERNANCE

Ensure transparency, responsible operations, and risk management.

TARGETS

1. Policies and Code of Conduct

Prepare and publicly share the ESG policy (including Code of Conduct) and ethical guidelines for both employees and suppliers.

2. Anti-corruption and Data Security

Implement at least one annual review of GDPR and data protection. Prepare an anti-corruption policy.

3. ESG Reporting

Prepare an annual ESG status with targets and results – a 2–3-page format for the website or partners.

4. Ownership and Responsibility

Appoint an internal ESG coordinator responsible for follow-up and progress.

FOLLOW-UP

Annual ESG review at the board/management meeting. Afterwards, successes will be uploaded to our website.
