FASPS is very excited to be offering a number of exciting enrichment classes for our students for the Winter 1 2025-2026 Quarter. These classes will run Monday, November 10, 2025 –Friday, January 30, 2026.

Please read class dates and times carefully!

Students in enrichment classes should be picked up within 15 minutes of the end of their class, unless they are registered for Garderie Block 2.

If your student is registered for Yearlong Garderie Block 1, you can use the code WINTER100 to allocate $100 from Garderie fees to Enrichment Class fees.

Each week, udents will build real, working instruments like shakers, tambourines, xylophones, pan flutes, and kazoos—using everyday materials. Then they’ll bring them to life by learning rhythms, composing simple songs, and performing with classmates

Students will:

-Learn what rhythm is and how to keep a steady beat

-Create and play percussion and wind instruments

-Compose short musical pieces using their own instruments

-Perform original songs and explain their creative process in a final showcase

URVIVAL

ng Wilderness Survival Quest designed for o dive into the fascinating world of outdoor skills ge! In this engaging program, students will learn essential survival techniques through fun, interactive group games and hands-on activities. Young explorers will discover how to identify edible plants, build emergency shelters, navigate using natural signs, and work together as a team to overcome wilderness challenges. Students will explore their creativity by designing survival tools, solving outdoor puzzles, and discovering the critical thinking skills needed when facing the unknown. You'll get to practice knot-tying techniques, learn safe fire-building principles (without actual fire), and develop communication strategies essential for group survival situations!
