Criminal Expungement

In one criminal expungement case, attorney Allison Woodbury helped an individual who was seeking expungement on six criminal cases spread over two counties. All six met the statutory standards for expungement. This would have been a challenging undertaking for the client to handle on his own. The client worked as a handyman, and his record was barring him from obtaining certain licensures and securing jobs, so he reached out to Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN) for help. Allison took on the case from VLN and was able to get all six records expunged (an order for five of the cases was issued on the client’s birthday).
