• Further training of key personnel scoping the main issues • Develop a Training Plan • Review and audit all data management systems to determine how they do and could work together Implementation Actions • Working party to: - Audit and prioritise. - Develop a timetable and Project Plan - Report monthly
3. Creation and Implementation of a Marketing Plan
• Develop a working party • Set our marketing objectives and goals • Develop a scope of works and engage a marketing organisation to work with our internal team • Include both the marketing mix (advertising)and positioning piece showcasing our strengths Implementation Actions • Working Party: - Engage with internal marketing personnel as a starting point - Develop a scope of works and project brief - Engage a specialist Marketing Firm, if required

Implementation Actions • The Community Relations Officer to work with The Principal to appoint a working party • Circulate the proposal document which is in place with the leadership team • This group reports back to the Leadership Group monthly • Determine the objectives of this Alumni community • Gain input around how we best engage
