Taylors Creek Priority Release Process The priority release for the Taylors Creek Release at Wallara Waters will be held on Saturday 19th March 2022 and sales meetings will be held by virtual appointment only. Due to high levels of demand, a registration system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis. COVID recommendations require this release to be held virtually. Please follow the below steps to ensure you are eligible for this release: 1. Speak to your Wallara Waters Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing. 2. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. A purchase limit of only one lot per release per member applies. Priority access ends close of business 19th March 2022. Any lots unsold will be released to public and Prosperity members who have not registered by 17th of March and have not followed the sales process can participate in the public release where repeat purchase benefits can be redeemed. 3. On Thursday 17th March 2022, all registered Prosperity members and eligible referred Family Members will receive an email with a link to the online 'Request to Purchase' page in the Priority Notification email 4. For any Family Members of Prosperity members wishing to gain access to this release under the Family Share program, there are criteria that need to be satisfied to qualify for this benefit. Firstly, a referral form must be submitted by Friday, 11th March 2022. This can be done here https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/prosperity/benefits/family-share. Secondly, sufficient certified documents to prove the relationship between the Family Member and Prosperity member, will need to be supplied by Monday 14th March 2022. Thirdly, the referral must be approved by our internal team in line with the Prosperity Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here www.frasersproperty.com.au/Prosperity/Terms. Family Members will be notified of their eligibility prior to close of business day on Wednesday 16th March 2022. 5. Registrations via the 'Request to Purchase' page will open at 10am sharp (AEDT) on Friday 18th March. Please access this page via the link in Thursday's email, approximately 10 minutes before registrations open at 10am (AEDT). 6. At 10am (AEDT) on Friday 18th March please refresh the 'Request to Purchase' page and the form will appear. You will need to fill out your contact details and click ‘submit’ to request to purchase a property. 7. Registrations via the online 'Request to Purchase' page will close at 11am (AEDT) on Friday 18th March. You will not be able to participate in the priority release after the close time. 8. All successfully registered members will be contacted by the Wallara Waters Sales Team on Friday 18th March (after registrations close) in order of registration to confirm an appointment time for Saturday 19th March. i. If the Wallara Waters Sales Team cannot contact you, we will endeavour to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however, you will lose your ‘Request to Purchase’ priority and the team will contact the next prioritised customer. ii. The Wallara Waters Sales Team will endeavour to contact you on your nominated telephone number a second time. Once you return a call to the Wallara Waters Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining customers who have not yet been contacted. iii. If the Wallara Waters Sales Team are unable to contact you after the second attempt and you do not contact the Wallara Waters Sales Team before we finish contacting all customers, Frasers Property Australia reserve the right to forfeit your request to purchase and any opportunity to purchase a property during the Taylors Creek Release at Wallara Waters. 9. On the release day, appointments are for 20 minutes and you will be required to select your property and sign an unconditional contract of sale. Please dial in 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you are able to provide proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable). Please note item 11 relating to COVID restrictions. For any buyers-based interstate or overseas, a member of the Wallara Waters Sales Team will contact you via telephone to conduct your sales appointment over the phone, based on the time you have been allocated as per AEDT timezone. 10. A deposit of $1,000 will be required on the release day along with signing contracts unconditionally in order to secure your preferred land lot. The balance of the 10% deposit is to be paid within 5 business days. 11. To abide by the latest Government COVID recommendations, the sales process and contract signing will be conducted virtually.
