This person will answer the survey on behalf of the organization. Following, identify female leaders who have an impact on the company’s business results to participate in the survey.

Email us: Each participants name, title, and email. Communication You will receive an e-Kit with all the supporting materials (English or Spanish) such as: talking points for your leadership, internal release, a confidential agreement, and a digital promo. These materials will help communicate effectively the reasons you are participating in the W Certified Company™. The materials will help us validate to the participants that the survey process is 100% confidential. This helps enhance the participation level. It is critical for a smooth process to work closely with your IT leader to make sure the system accepts emails coming from: FrancesRios.com Survey For three weeks in a row, all participants will receive the survey via email. Emails cannot be shared and once the participant has finished it, she will stop receiving emails. 2
In order to get a more precise picture of your organization, we will conduct individual conversations by phone with (1) the person representing the company and two (2) with women selected at random by our team. The calls will be conducted by us directly to honor the confidentiality of the participants. The questions will be limited to the same asked in the survey. The results are in! All the data from your company will be audited by RSM Puerto Rico in order to demonstrate the transparency of the process. Once the results are in, we will personally call you to coordinate a meeting to discuss the outcome and next steps.
