What companies can participate in W Certified Company™? Organizations with two or more years of operations, 25 or more full-time employees, and a minimum of 5 women in leadership roles can participate to become a W Certified Company™.
Who can take the survey from W Certified Company™? The leader running the women inclusion effort, and, Women in leadership roles within your organization. These women must impact the business results by being: supervisors, managers, directors, VP's, and C-level executives. They can also be women leading a special assignment with a no-supervising role. Women who do not hold leadership roles can take the W Survey. That way, you get visibility on both group's needs and wants.

3. Communicate
Assign a leader within your organization to answer the assessment on behalf of the company. Ideally, the HR leader best understands the questions on employee benefits, sentiments, and company composition. This person will provide specific lists of female talent according to the chosen assessments.
You will receive a communication kit with talking points, internal release promos, confidentiality agreement, and submission templates.

4. Assess Let's begin! We'll send the assessment twice weekly to the participants you submit to us through the COMM-Kit template. This process will last for two weeks. We will inform you of the participation levels without sharing specific names since the process is 100% voluntary and confidential.
This COMM-Kit will help you communicate the -why- you are participating in the W Programs to your employees and demonstrate your company's efforts on the matter to your employees.
5. Tabulation & Audit Once the company reaches the required participation levels, RSM's auditing leader subtracts the data straight from the system to validate the results blindly. Once we get the final results, the Women Who Lead team personally calls all leaders to share the news. Then we hold a virtual call to share-analyze results and provide exclusive strategies based on specific opportunities.

Lastly, those companies that meet the requirement of the passed the test, are recognized as Certified company during an award ceremony and be able to include the certification logo in all promotional materials.
