You’ll enjoy easy to follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, coordination, flexibility, and fun. Come ready to sweat while feeling energized and empowered. This is a 8 week class.
Essentrics is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines stretching and strengthening. This low-impact, equipment-free workout is perfect to strengthen and tone muscles. Please bring a mat or towel. This is a 8/9 week class. Session Day

Dance Fitness AGES 15 & OLDER
Get moving with this low impact step aerobics class. Motivating music and varying routines will keep you energized and engaged every week. Please bring an exercise mat or towel and water. This is a 9 week class.
Stay active by learning new dance moves. The playlist will consist of a variety of genres such as hip-hop, salsa, samba, merengue, and many more. Apart from dance moves, class will include jumping jacks, push ups, crunches, and running while moving to fun beats. This is an 8 week class.
