NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING November 19, 2012, 6:30 PM 102 Kaybob Drive, Fox Creek Land Use By-law 662-2007 Amendment To amend Lot 19, Block 11, Plan 852-2423 – 104 – 6th Avenue, from US – Urban Service to R4 - Residential High Density Pursuant to Section 606, Municipal Government Act Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 Chapter M-26 a Public Hearing shall take place on Monday, November 19, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Fox Creek Administration Centre to hear concerns or support for an amendment to Land Use By-law 662-2007 to amend the zoning of Lot 19, Block 11, Plan 852-2423 from US – Urban Service to R 4 – Residential High Density. Anyone wishing to be heard at Council must attend the meeting in person or indicate their position by written notice, delivered to the Town of Fox Creek Administration Center at 102 Kaybob Drive, P.O. Box 149, Fox Creek, Alberta T0H 1P0 prior to 11:00 am. Thursday, November 15, 2012 A copy of Amendment By-law No. 718-2012 may be inspected at the Fox Creek Town Administration Center during normal hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Fridays.
